My anxiety was out of control yesterday. We are having late-night virtual meetings that impact my own biological clock. I am an early to bed early to rise person so when we have meetings late into the night I find that I can't get to sleep.
I work in the public school as a speech and language pathologist so we are asking to prepare work virtually for our students. This is NEW so I am learning as I go and I have 40 students with an average of at least two goals that I need to figure out how they can do it on their own while making sure that I am not overwhelming the parent.
One of the meetings lay-offs were spoken about so that had me feeding my anxiety with food. Not a good reaction0 -

Yikes. This whole virus thing has me stressed. I’m not sleeping well. My husbands business is basically closed now and I think I ate a whole bag of jelly beans this week. Uuggghhhhh
I have not been tracking but at least I have made sure to get outside and walk most days. Just for my mental health. (Don’t worry I make sure to keep my distance lol)
Stay healthy everyone.0 -

@Kin59vara Hi! I'm an SLPA at a public school and we are trying to figure out how to deliver services to kids at home, super stressful! (I'm graduating with my masters and will be an SLP soon. I just found out our hooding/commencement was cancelled. I've definitely been eating way too many calories as I try to process what it all looks like going forward!)

Hope everyone is staying safe. These are some crazy times and I sit here thinking about how I never thought I'd see a day like this.....but here we are. My entire company is strictly work from home....barred from setting foot in the office. Hope everyone is finding ways to cope and stay on track with our goals despite how challenging it is. I've finally settled into a routine I can live with and am finding free time today to sit and think, which is apparently dangerous for me.
Stay safe everyone. Take care of your families and yourselves.0 -

I've been pretty sedentary this past week, like many of you and want to get more active. Does anyone have suggestions for good online (indoor) exercise programs, especially for older people? I did find a video on Facebook - see www.silversneakers.com/jenny and more at silversneakers.com.0 -
