Hi @kilobykilo - the 2025 is normally 3v so the same as the 2032, just slightly thinner (2.5mm v 3.2mm) so you should be able to use either. If the 2025 is too loose in the scales pack it with a bit of aluminium foil.

Omg this may have just saved my life!!!!!!!! 1🙏

Welcome to my first plateau of 2020. This is the time to dig my heels in and stop slacking off. The new "normal" isn't fun, but having the virus would be worse. Everyone keep your wits and sanity- and kindness too. You've been a great group to hang out with, and hopefully we'll get to other the other side of the chaos soon. B)

Morning all, just done my first insta live workout, okay I did it 14 hours later but it was great..... check out @rwl if you'd like to see what they're offering.... last nights (gmt) was boxercise, and oh my, dont think my arms will work tomorrow!!! Its on for another 10nhours but they are doing one or two a day at the mo :)

Food logged for today and lunch prepped, shower time, go to the office (spare room), take a lunchtime isolated walk in the sunshine, finish work and do some language study and a module of an online wellbeing course..... life is actually more balanced this week than it has been for a long time during the week!

    Take care everyone xxx

    Monday accountability recap

Calories: under, but had the munchies
Steps: I am still super lazy...
    Water: no
    AF: 23 days

Yesterday was rough. I find that I am a creature of routine and had none yesterday.

My office has an an alternating schedule and I will work in office alone tues and thurs, from home MWF. I was off yesterday to address my dads medical follow up needs.

My goal for the day - drink all my water and move more than yesterday. Simple! I have a counseling session tonight to discuss dealing with my aging parents. I am still very much on the day by day plan.

Late on step report. Sorry. Having terrible stomach pains for several days-- seeing a GI doctor, but can't seem to figure out what it is. Haven't been able to move around much - steps are suffering.

I am officially on lockdown. Ohio has mandated the stay home policy. I do have a work note for my main job when I go in and when I go to my part time job, I'm sure the scrubs will explain why I'm outside. We are allowed to go outside to exercise so I'm gonna work on that during lunch breaks again

Looks like I’m joining the lock down gang!
I can go to work (darn being essential 😝), but we are alternating manning the office and it is locked down, too.

Hubby has been sent home for 4 weeks!!!

Thanks for the add looking forward to getting to know you all! I am certainly ready to be held accountable. 🙂

I work from home normally with travel a few times a month...of course am grounded now. I thought this would be a great opportunity for me to get my act together before summer and a big reunion in June. My goals are simply to get moving more, lose the 10 pounds I've managed to gain and feel better about getting older!

BTW... the name Shrinking Assets basically describes my 401K to a T! lol.... now let's see if I can make it work on my other *kitten*-ets! 😅 (auto correct censoring won't allow me to hyphenate assets... lol)

When you post weigh ins weekly - the captains will record onto the spreadsheet and mark your post as "insightful" to show it has been recorded.

    Again, welcome to the challenge!!!

    IDEA SEARCH!npinsr3yt5u7.png
The four moderators have been running the full group challenges since the new year. We had the photo challenge this month with a different theme for each day of the week, last month we had the 29 questions of leaping groundhogs, and in January we had 20/20 vision to work on our goals.

I think the April challenge should come from team members. I'm asking all the teams to come up with some ideas. Or revive a previous challenge we had that you liked. What would be fun, useful, and get people from all the teams participating? In the past we have had all kinds of things: points-based games (minutes of exercise, sticking to plan, etc. earning baseball runs or just points), thoughtful questions, photo challenges, daily "pile up" (check this for example), goal setting, daily fitness from darebee or other easy to use sites, recipes, etc. etc.

    Bring 'em on!

I was wondering if we should have an organization challenge? Having this self-isolation protocol has put most of us at home more often, and some of our homes are now a FULL house with more bodies (and stuff) to accommodate. I've been doing some of these, but perhaps this decluttering will relieve some stress and bring joy. Here are some examples of possible ideas and feel free to add more. I came up with 30- one per April day. Some of these items are once (or more) a day, some are one time only. I'm not sure how we would document our success. Maybe as a "pile up"? I think if tried to count points we'd be pulling our hair out- not the outcome we're looking for. I'm hoping to achieve a little more calm and productiveness with this. I'm going to do #4 and #19 today! Cheers! B)

    1) clean out your car/truck
    2) tidy up your foyer/entryway
    3) organize your desk/work area/office
    4) get an outdoor space ready for warm weather relaxation opportunities
    5) make your bed
    6) put shoes away
    7) put clothes/laundry away
    8) clean out the fridge and get rid of expired/old food
    9) organize pantry/inventory (something most of us have been forced to do recently)
    10) organize food containers
    11) clear off the coffee table
    12) go through paper clutter/junk mail
    13) go thru and organize cosmetics/jewelry
    14) organize wallet/purse/backpack
    15) go through emails and delete most
    16) get a donation station set up (especially for all those big clothes!)
    17) organize your workout gear/space
    18) corral those remotes/cords/electronics
    19) organize your wine (and enjoy a bottle)
    20) go through your "junk" drawer
    21) organize any drawer
    22) organize any cabinet
    23) organize any closet (for you overachievers, ha ha!)
    24) organize your/kids calendars (as best as possible)
    25) gather your thoughts- perhaps it's time to journal
    26) organize the garage/shed
    27) organize laundry area
    28) declutter computer's desktop
    29) "clean up" your phone- photos, contacts, etc
    30) organize DVD's/CD's (if you even own these anymore!)

Wow! Great idea - but perhaps slightly daunting. One a day is too many, I think - my team is suggesting that we have one thing to work on per week! Slackers... I think a de-clutter challenge could be timely, though. I'll put it in the hat with the rest of the ideas

I agree on "one a day" being too many. I figured we could pick and choose depending on our needs or mood. Some are definitely crazy! A little physical order can bring some emotional peace. Thanks @jugar for passing it on.

Great idea @SheilaCali and I need to do more than the basic spring clean. Well there are some unexpected bonuses to mini-quarantine in the UK. Spring cleaning found a box with over £1k got from selling a car and was going to use to buy a new one but never did. Old £10 notes so I have to wait until the banks re-open to swap them. Using all the foods we bought in an adventerous moment and didn't try and even going to bake to use the best before January flour. The 2015 ryvitas had to go - though I'm pretty sure they would have tasted exactly the same as when they were in date! Happy Friday, stay safe 😊
