Not a lot but considering all the quarantine food I bought, I’m happy. It’s going in the right direction. Our gloomy weather broke for a few days and it was so nice to get out and walk our trails a couple of times a day. I woke up with either a cold or allergies so we will see how I’m doing after my Zyrtec kicks in. We are trying to get carryout a few times a week to support our local businesses but last night was a fail. We went for fried food and we both felt so bad afterwards. I need to have it written down somewhere that fried food is not worth it! Lesson learned and moving forward. I *will* make better choices this week!5 -

My husband is essential and rotates shifts every 2 weeks. He has been on nights, which hasn't helped me. On to second shift next week. With me being off, we are planning out our exercise like meal planning. I think this will help us stay motivated! Stay safe everyone!4 -
