I think this whole not working and sending out resumes and not having even one organization respond is not working for me. And compound that with parents falling and ending up in the hospital and living in a new place and how hard it is to meet people. I'm trying. I'm doing meetups, and working out 3-5 times a week. But I'm eating way way too much sugar. Sugar is that high school friend you think is a great buddy, but really they're the one that has you skip school to go to the beach and lay out in the sun without sunscreen so you end up all wrinkly when you're in your 40s. Damn you, sugar. I'm heading back to my old neighborhood for a visit, so I'll be surrounded by friends this next week. I expect that will be a big help. I'm going to try to readjust some habits while I'm away.4 -

So Thursday I sent my son home sick from school. Friday morning, My husband left for Oregon to see his family and pick up a car, My son was still sick so I had to stay home with him, but that worked out for me, I got a great workout in. He was fine about 1/4 of the way through the day, but then I pick my daughter up and she is sick. the next day she was pretty much better, I got another really good workout in, then we went to a birthday party which was fun, there was a nerf war, and me an another adult joined in. Then yesterday I thought Id get more steps, guess not. I drove my kids to The Museum of the Rockies which is about 2 hours away, we walked through, then seen 2 of the planetarium shows, and got home about 7pm.2 -

I've been incredibly hungry for the last few days so today I gave in and ate slightly over maintenance in the hope that it will kick my cravings (and hormones) back into check.
