    Ouch. I think the IF thing doesn't work for me, going back to old strategy.

    I am the opposite I had success with IF and have tried small meals throughout the day and now I am struggling. My small meals turn into large meals and I think about food more often.

    Not many steps today. I have an ingrown toenail and had to go to foot dr to get it repaired. So toe is quite sore. I hope to get more in tomorrow. Depending how my toe feels.

    Feeling like a yo-yo, I have no idea why what worked so well the first week didn't work at all last week. I'm still counting and recording everything to stay below my calorie goal. I do feel better even if the numbers on the scale aren't moving.
