Ouch. I think the IF thing doesn't work for me, going back to old strategy.4 -

So Thursday I sent my son home sick from school. Friday morning, My husband left for Oregon to see his family and pick up a car, My son was still sick so I had to stay home with him, but that worked out for me, I got a great workout in. He was fine about 1/4 of the way through the day, but then I pick my daughter up and she is sick. the next day she was pretty much better, I got another really good workout in, then we went to a birthday party which was fun, there was a nerf war, and me an another adult joined in. Then yesterday I thought Id get more steps, guess not. I drove my kids to The Museum of the Rockies which is about 2 hours away, we walked through, then seen 2 of the planetarium shows, and got home about 7pm.2 -

I've been incredibly hungry for the last few days so today I gave in and ate slightly over maintenance in the hope that it will kick my cravings (and hormones) back into check.
Anyone else got ideas of how to quell the ravenous hunger when it sets in?1 -

So sorry. I think something must have failed when I tried to post midweek!
@kmfeig87 Gotcha all caught up...again, I'm assuming you want to do March and to keep 13k per day? Please advise. JK0 -

I am the opposite I had success with IF and have tried small meals throughout the day and now I am struggling. My small meals turn into large meals and I think about food more often.0 -

You have a new member! Please welcome @nwoutdoorgrl as the newest Trimstone
I wanted to introduce myself and thank F2F for welcoming me into this month’s challenge. This is my first time.
I’ve been struggling to stay on track. I’ve been binge eating and not getting enough exercise. I joined this group to give myself a kick in the pants and also to get some support and encouragement. I’m in the early stages of weight loss but I am finally ready to get this weight off. I’ve been advised by my PCP, my naturopathic physician, and my sleep doctor (that I’m currently working with to figure out my sleep issues) to lose weight. I don’t feel healthy at all, I have low energy, and to be honest, quite depressed that I let myself go and gained all this weight.
I’m looking forward to being apart of March’s challenge to kickstart my weight loss. 🙂

Not many steps today. I have an ingrown toenail and had to go to foot dr to get it repaired. So toe is quite sore. I hope to get more in tomorrow. Depending how my toe feels.3 -

Feeling like a yo-yo, I have no idea why what worked so well the first week didn't work at all last week. I'm still counting and recording everything to stay below my calorie goal. I do feel better even if the numbers on the scale aren't moving.2
