Told ya... massive gain this week.... with travel, eating a tonne, not logging, no exercise, Yeesh... but I’m back now and will try to get down again.

Which numbers? The weight? Or the steps? My weight has been pretty consistent (for me), with about a lb per week loss if I’m lucky, but then I have weeks like this one where I’m traveling and life goes completely off the rails and I gain 5 lbs! Yikes!
As for my steps, yup... you’ll find days (especially on the weekends) where my step count is super low (around 1000) but I get to the gym for Zumba classes etc and don’t count steps there. On weekdays, depending on how much running around I do, I can get more steps... I’m aiming for 5000 (not counting steps at the gym). Does that help?0 -

Well life just isnt fair I tell ya. I ordered my Maxiclimber, It shipped and was suppose to be here Today, well now its changed to tomorrow. Why is that so bad you may ask? Well because I work until 4, and then I have tickets to see Paw Patrol live at 6pm with my 5 year old. So I probably cant use it until Wednesday, but Wednesday is my total body lifting day, so Ill be too wore out to get much use out of it, so I wont really gt to use it until Thursday.
First World problems are just the worst most unfair things I tell ya.3 -

I figured it out...it was the steps...please check the chart and if you see any errors, just let me know and I'll fix them, but I think I got it right...

my maxi climber arrived. I may have to try it out later. Taking my daughter to paw patrol Live, and I 100% plan to eat junk Its ok though, Im keeping the rest of the day low on calories, I already had an hour long workout, and its really busy at work, Iv already hit 8,000 steps just at work, but hey, If I can burn a few more calories, I think Ill do it3
