I listened to the advice and just change one thing to get back on track. It's exercising at this point and I'm starting to log again...tomorrow. Fresh start over.3 -

Ok, major catch up here. I started out last week so strong then fell off by the weekend.

4/24 - 4/26 I did not track and have no idea if I was within my calories. I'm sure it was close either way. Here are my exercise and steps for those days.
4/24 was a major work day... I sat at my desk for way too long
