I really didn’t want to enter my foods tonight because we ordered pizza. But I did it anyway to stay accountable. I had about 3300 calories today which is 1800 over target. That roughly negates my target deficits since Sunday weigh in day. So overall I should break even if I practice moderation until this coming weigh in. 😑2 -

Let's be honest it has not been a good couple weeks. There are a number of positive cases at my facility, everyone is stressed, and I have given in to sugar cravings a LOT. The only thing that's kept me from gaining is that I'm still working out. Hoping to get it together for next week.5 -

March was a tough month diet-wise being on the road earlier and looking forward to better weather so I can at least get out and walk in the mornings (minding my distance) because working from home is tough since it's too easy to snack. I should be able to find more time to exercise now.3 -
