@kar328 - your kitten needs to think about her priorities and schedule time for you to get into your gym
@k80flec Well, it is her gym. And her house. I just supply the food and scoop the poop. I ended up taking my jump ropes into the garage, trying some tabata intervals. Then took my new dumb bells that I was trying to air out, and my yoga mat onto the lawn and did some lifting and stretching, it was gorgeous. I downwarded dog with my butt facing the street and a smile on my face.
Adding 1 mile. I lapped around the office parking lot. It's in a shopping center. Another gorgeous day, but the skies are about to open up.

I’m worried lockdown parameters will tighten and I’ll not be able to get out and run. Some of the evidence appears to show that parts of London are totally ignoring physical distancing and we may all suffer as a consequence.[/quote]
Here is what my friend in North London said yesterday. She helped me get help of my Merit when she developed MRSP.
Today I took my Tara for a stroll the park was packed with hundreds of teenagers playing football toddlers running around people picnic and footballs bashing everywhere the park was packed and I found a quiet spot to sit Tara down as she can’t walk for long g without resting due to her chronic arthiritis
No sooner had we sat two policeman pounded on me telling me I couldn’t sit
I pointed out my elderley dog under a tree minding her own business and pointed to the mayhem around me in this crowded north London park thankfully they agreed we could remain seated on the grass an droves on the boards of families having thei r ball games and picnics
What a world and they weren’t wearing masks !0 -

We aren't allowed out here to walk, jog, exercise, not even walk the dog! That's why I joined this group this month. To have some accountability to move. It's been like this for 19 days so far. The temptation to sit on the couch all day some days is very strong!2 -
Got in 3 from elliptical & 5.5 walking plus a full body weight workout since posting on Sat.! Spent yesterday evening & this morning cleaning & doing laundry at the house I winter watched! They return from the south on Thursday. I basically did spring cleaning! They are elderly & I know will appreciate tremendously. I then drove 1.5 hours to see grandsons, get paint & groceries. I start painting upstairs tomorrow!
Stay well my friends!

I hope everyone did well last week. Thanks Dave for the words of encouragement!! Iowa has extended the business shutdown through the end of April, but we haven't heard anything yet about himself going back to work so keep the dogs in your thoughts.
