    Got up early this morning and did an hour walk/run. It was just the best as I needed to escape for awhile,

    April 7: Adding 11 miles of biking
    April 8: Adding 12 miles of walking and running for 7 miles and biking 5 miles
    TTD: 102 miles

    @eminator: our restrictions are getting tighter here. I figure, I am going to take advantage and get lost when I can. After that, it will be in my garden to do my veggies and plants.

    Another day of painting! I got some things (like bookcases etc) I'd like to paint so we'll see if I wear my paint clothes again tomorrow! LOL

    @anaconda469 Nice dinner! I went with Italian takeout for my birthday meal. Ordered baked ziti and found that there was two pounds of it, explaining the $13 price tag.

    2 mile walk. Was back in the door about five mins and the rain started.

    Walked to the bank and back because I needed cash. All this talk of birthday dinners has me drooling. I've been good in lockdown and have actually lost weight (happy surprise!). No sweets in the house so no temptation. I'm at 26/75.

    Yep I put my paint clothes on again yesterday. Got the bookcase, a desk & window trim painted. Then I cleaned down EVERYTHING and put it back into there rooms while doing some rearranging! I found moving king size beds isn't very easy by yourself but I did it! I also hauled stuff to trash. My fitbit buzzed me at 6 pm & told me I was ACTIVE FOR 9 Hours! I WILL post some miles later but for now I need to do some cleaning on the main floor of my house which won't take long but still needs to be done! Have a "GOOD Friday" everybody!!

    Georgie & I went for a 3 mile (run/walk) after cleaning & going to our only grocery store that had a line where only so many are allowed at a time. Then when you get in there it is quite picked over. I did not wear a mask but I did where latex gloves.Glad I'm back in the country! After all the cleaning & painting I've done in my home I should be germ free!!!
    It was 55* outside but of course when I go out for a run it starts to rain & wind comes up! Suppose to get rain with snow tonight. Cold & snow tomorrow & colder on Sunday!
    Winter would you & the Corona Virus just go away????
    Tomorrow I do a full body workout.

    The softball fields by Flathead community college. The photo doesn’t do it justice but I tried. 😉
