1.8 mile walk this morning.
Had a bunch of storms, and a few tornadoes yesterday in NC. I worried about the dove nest on my patio shelf since it's kind of out in the open. Saw it was intact when I got home, then unexpected bonus - the egg I saw a few days ago hatched and I have a grandchick! Now I have to worry about someone else until it's old enough to survive on it's own. My cat still wants to eat it.

@Janet: My hubby said that John Hopkins listed some county in Florida as 103,000 new cases in one day. I guess people went bonkers. An hour later it was corrected. That would send shock waves through my community.
April 14: Adding 16.75 miles of running 3.75 miles, walking 1.75 miles walking and biking 11.25 miles
TTD: 190.25 miles

@anaconda469: congrats on a new mileage goal!
@vhuber: I have been out on two runs. I did a Galloway last week and it was pretty good. No pain.
Yesterday, I did some Galloway but pretty much a run most of the time. I also biked later and I have to say they were okay. My left knee felt it a little but I took some short walk breaks when I felt it on the down hill. It may be because I have been dropping weight and taking that stress off them. I know that I cannot do it every day but I am going to see if I can get at least one run in a week. I will see how they far. I definitely cannot abuse them with the amount of running that I use to do or I will be heading for a Ieft knee replacement. But, I have to say that it was joyous and I am grateful to God for whatever he gives me. At least I felt free from all the insanity. Nature just has a way of making one feel good.

WOW @anaconda469 ! That is AMAZING!!!
@clepant , YOU know best! & I agree that nature can make you feel good! But I also have to say its NOT making me very happy this past week. We've had COLD, WIND, SNOW, RAIN and sooo much OVERCAST that it gets a person in the dumps! I walked yesterday in the cold & wind & was going to try it again today but turned around & came back.
I did do a YouTube workout AND 8 miles on the ex bike.

@vhuber: As much as I like the warm weather, it has brought out lots of people and they are disregarding and social distancing. Our temps have dropped for a couple days so it is back in the 49’s for highs here. But next week is warming up again.
Today, I sent my hubby to drop off mail.I told him to go for a ride since he can’t get out. Sunday, everyone must wear masks in businesses. I am glad we do not have to wear them while outside.
