@clepant - I’m so glad your knees are co-operating and your getting some gentle running in. I must admit, ‘Jeffing’ is an essential element of my run repertoire.

My weight workout consisted of goblet squats too!!1 -

I thought I posted yesterday. I did 2 miles walking around our pasture! Today was 1 mile walking, 8 miles on ex bike and a full body weight workout!
Two days of doing low carb! This lockdown has me baking, cooking and snacking & I feel like a blimp so I'm going to try low carb! What I will miss the most is POPCORN with a mini Coke!!
I emotional eat & I NEED to get a grip!!!
