    14th: 8.22 miles, 6.22 m running, 2 m purposeful walking, strength training - MTD 71.05
    15th: 5.05 miles, Pilates - MTD 76.10
    16th: 4.42 miles running, strength training - MTD 80.52

    @clepant - I’m so glad your knees are co-operating and your getting some gentle running in. I must admit, ‘Jeffing’ is an essential element of my run repertoire.
    @anaconda469 - awesome job. You deserve the high 5’s, you’ve certainly put the work in
    @Dave - you’re on a roll with the kitty gifs. Keep up the good work. Thank you for spotting my error - don’t know how I managed to get an extra 20 miles :*

    Got in 2 miles yesterday walking & today beings it was 60* I headed out for a walk but only went 1/2 mile & turned back due to HIGH winds (30+). Late this evening after the wind went down Georgie & I went out again for 2.5 miles.

    Eminater has made goal for the first time! WOOT! We hope you enjoyed our challenge enough to stay with us. From here on out you can earn "bonus" miles, which we will continue to record in the spreadsheet. They will bring up your monthly average.

    Chris has made goal following her surgery. WOOT! I hope every day is getting better and better.

    2.3 mile walk. Also did a muscle strength video from one of my favorite instructors that kicked my butt. The cat decided to park her butt right in front of me when I was doing goblet squats. You don't get that element of danger in the gym.

    My weight workout consisted of goblet squats too!!

    I thought I posted yesterday. I did 2 miles walking around our pasture! Today was 1 mile walking, 8 miles on ex bike and a full body weight workout!
    Two days of doing low carb! This lockdown has me baking, cooking and snacking & I feel like a blimp so I'm going to try low carb! What I will miss the most is POPCORN with a mini Coke!!
    I emotional eat & I NEED to get a grip!!!
