@Dave: I know you have been on this journey for a while and it is an incredible accomplishment. Congratulations! You lost an entire person.
Here is one thing I did when I lost 86 pounds. I kept my largest pants as a reminder that I never wanted to go there again. Every now and then, I stick them on.
@vhuber: Thanks for the prayers. I pray for our group every day on my prayer list too.
May 8: Adding 11.75 miles today. Of walking 5.25 miles and cycling 6.5 miles
TTD: 99 miles

Thanks so much, everyone, for your kind words!! And you're so right, @VHUBER, it just doesn't seem right that losing 10 lbs should be as hard as it is, but it is. When you have in the neighborhood of 160 lbs to lose, it doesn't take as many changes to lose weight. It'll get harder to lose my last 60 lbs, I'm sure! And while I've gone a full year with rarely having a lot of the foods that got me to close to 375 lbs, things like cake, donuts, cookies, chinese buffets....I haven't missed them as much as I thought I would. My sweetie is so good at making healthier things taste amazing. I'm so lucky she's such a great cook and is on this journey with me. Between us, we've lost in the neighborhood of 175 lbs. That's as much as my 23 yr old son weighs That's just crazy!!
I hope you all had a great weekend and a Happy Mother's Day!
Dave
