    04/05 - 6.68 - we are finally allowed outside to walk! Hopefully be able to consistently get the steps in now

    Walked with my neighbor to the 55+ part of the subdivision again, stopped and chatted with another friend for a few minutes, the one I call my "gym wife." 4.8 miles.

    2020 - May - 100

    20th: 5 miles, 3.21 m running, 1.79 m purposeful walking, Pilates - MTD 100.02
    21st: 0 miles, Pilates - MTD 100.02
    22nd: 1.48 miles socially distancing hill walk with a friend, Pilates - MTD 101.50
    23rd: 7 miles, 4.82 m running, 2.18 m purposeful walking - MTD 108.50
    24th: 7.48 miles stationary bike - MTD 115.98

    Today I should have been in Liverpool participating in the Rock&Roll half marathon :'(

    A relaxing day! Sons & grandsons went to their homes till Tuesday. It was another rainy day so the ex bike it was (10.5 miles) & a 1 mile walk. It was great to get some fresh air in between showers but Georgie got muddy & brought home ticks!!!

    I remember sitting down yesterday to update the spreadsheet. I don't remember what interruption called me away and made me forget to follow through.

    @vhuber - glad you got some peace and quiet. I hope your husband is improving. Trying times to be sure.

    @k80flec - the Liverpool Rock n Roll half sounds fun. As you say, next year.

    Went for a walk and a bike ride yesterday. That's goal for me.

    Finally had a BEAUTIFUL day! No wind nor rain. Warm low 70's with bright sunshine!! LOVE IT!!
    Walked 4.5 with my neighbor this morning & walked 1 with my husband after dinner tonight. I also got my house cleaned before the rugrats come back tomorrow!

    Walked 4.5 with neighbor again yesterday & today was major work day for me today (well Liam & Jace helped). I spent the day pulling weeds & cutting down or trimming out old trees in one of the tree rows! I took 4 truck loads to the burn pile! I did walk for mail (.5 miles) & I walked again after dinner (1.5 miles). I also made three meals & did kitchen clean up!! I told my sons & & 2 older grandsons that THEY could cook & clean up starting soon!! They agreed & said thank you mom!!
