Not stressing too badly as I had been warned that the 12 week program that I'm doing (starting week 3 tomorrow morning) will result in making me stronger and more toned, but not necessarily lighter! At the moment I'm loving the way my body feels, so I'll take the casualty of falling out with my scales!
