@micki48 I friended you on Fitbit so please let me know if you will be my friend! 😉
@jugar glad to hear you had a team looking after you! Hope you enjoy the rest.
@YinxFed that’s amazing you weren’t seriously hurt! We used to have a house we were remodeling and thankful no one feel through a wall or ceiling - though there were lots of openings...
@Terytha what a fun anniversary at the zoo! Hope you all have a great time!6 -

@jugar ugh, I'm sorry!
@Terytha My 9th anniversary is next Thurs.😀 we got married a week apart.
@conleywoods Thankfully, I am still in Kinder, same room, I just might have a few kids on my caseload in other classes. I was also asked to be a part of the planning team for Special Education for reopening.
@smcfall0215 nice loss!!! Keep it up5 -
Hi gang! Friday is flying by
I made myself a kneeling cushion this morning so I could weed the whole vegetable garden in the position that is most comfortable for my sore posterior. It was a gorgeous day! Windy, sunny, not too hot - and I got the whole garden done. I did have a great moment visualising your fall through the loft @YinxFed - I'm sure it was NOT fun, but the story is great! A bruise the size of Wales is impressive. And great job on the exercise this week, even though it was a tough week.
@jguldi11 what a gorgeous double rainbow you had! Those are amazing. It is worth going out walking when it might be stormy just on the chance you might see one. Cool!
I sure hope you feel better soon, @Stefbomb2020 Eat cooling foods - fresh fruit, lots of water, salads, etc. Hopefully it will get better.
Some great losses reported today! WTG @SMcFall0215 @ELENA01 @evangsimmons170 and @Steph1498 !!!!!!!
So my sister envisions my mermaid pose equipped with an electrified trident, eh? I like it. Watch out people!!

I walked 3 10ks last weekend & biked 102km during the week. [(3 x 6.2 miles) + 64 miles] And I ate ALL my exercise calories, mostly in the form of chocolate chips. 😔😕🙁 I think about June 18th in the morning then forget it in the evening.5 -
Steps today: 7,000
It should be earlier in the evening instead of almost midnight. That’s what I get when we binge “Homeland” and eat supper late.
Tomorrow we’re going to a peaceful protest in Randolph, VT. I’ve never been in or to a protest. I think I’m the only one in the family who hasn’t. Wild.
More tomorrow!4 -
I have the worst cravings for something sweet. Instead of going back to the kitchen for a little nibble of this and that (which usually ends up being WAY more calories than I intended). I'm just baking brownies. I'm going to have one delicious brownie, I will be over my calories and I will move on with my life! Tomorrow is a new day 😊 @deniners2 chocolate chips seem so small and harmless at first right?!?!😇6

Yo ho ho! Saturday. Lots of catching up to do with all kinds of things - the list is getting long
Again, some wonderful green weigh-ins are happening! @deniners2 - you lost a half pound even with eating chocolate chips! Well done I know it feels like you're not controlling too well, but if you just portion them out to keep them in control and make sure there are other less dangerous snacks around, you'll get there! Or just keep exercising like mad... That was some serious walking and biking! And @Stefbomb2020 - fabulous! 2.5 pounds is a great week. Wear the tiara! @Gidgitgoescrazy into the 160s too. We need a lot of tiaras this week
Just a few more weigh-ins due for today - and I know our Saturday people are super responsible and always get them in before I do the tallies first thing tomorrow morning - thanks!!

@gidgitgoescrazy Woo-hoo! Congratulations on your loss.
I am the same way with chocolate chips. I can only buy them when I know I'm going to bake or I will eat them.
@conleywoods have you ever tried a "healthy " brownie? Like black beans or avocado? I haven't but I've always wanted to.
I haven't been walking because it's hot and the baby usually falls asleep when we walk and I miss out on getting my workout during her morning nap. Due to the scale hating me, I really need more cardio in my life so I am going to get on the elliptical first thing in the morning and after dinner. Maybe I will only get 5 minutes, maybe 20, but at least I will be getting it. Over all, my eating has been good. I've had a bad day, but not horrible, day here and there, but the scale isn't going down.4 -

Man, I have been hovering above the 70's for a month now.5 -
Saturday weigh in
CW 192.6
I took an “excused” last week. But it’s actually down .7 so yay!
@terytha I know it must’ve frustrating. You are still making excellent progress. I have been hovering where I am for more than 6 months. I think I think I’m at maintenance. Lol 😂
Need to get moving. I’ll check back on later. Have a great day.5 -
@stephbomb2020, @micki48 and @Gidgitgoescrazy Nice job on the weigh in ladies. You are inspiring and remind us that scales CAN move! Please have your scales send good vibes to some of our scales😉
@KellyBgetsfit I have not tried any healthy baking recipes which seems silly now that you bring it up. I have lots of meal healthy recipes why not desserts too. I guess I just try to avoid it and then loose control when I bake. Now is a good time to experiment because my middle son just got diagnosed with fructose malabsorption. Basically he is allergic to sugar and has tummy trouble once he hits a certain threshold. Avoiding certain foods isn't a great solution, time to adapt.
@terytha So sad when the scale won't move. You are not alone. My scale gets stuck often and is very stubborn despite my best efforts. We just have to be patient and keep trying.7 -
@KellyBgetsfit you are smart to squeeze in workouts here and there. I have to do that too. It is kind of annoying, but you know what? It works and 5 minutes here and 15 minutes there add up.3
-
I'm frustrated but not too upset. I seem to have lost another inch off my waist and I can feel so many new bones that it's weirding me out a bit lol. I've always said I'd happily see a scale weight of 300 lbs if my waist was 20 inches. I wanna be small, not necessarily light. ;P
Still, the two are related. Seems like the last 30 lbs is gonna take a loooong time to lose.5 -

My steps for last week

LAST CALL! Two more weigh-ins to go:
@matthewsfive
@RaisedToRamble
Then we'll have another week wrapped up! Where does the time go?

Lots of stuff. Mostly chicken for dinner and usually yogurt or eggs for breakfast. I eat very few veggies and fruit because I can't tolerate fiber well.
I've been trying and mostly managing 1400 calories per day, though I've definitely been up around 1600-1700 while I've been on vacation. I can't bring myself to be too strict while I'm supposed to be relaxing.4 -
So, a storm hit and now we're trapped.
This is half melted. It was bigger when it fell. My poor car.

@Terytha Oh no! How awful. Is this at your home or where you are vacationing? Hail can be crazy. We had a bad one last year and it stripped all the leaves off my plants and dents all over the car. Lots of our neighbors had their roofs replaced.
Hope that water goes down quickly.2 -

Just home. We had to take a staycation since we can't travel still.
The dude waist deep in water there is the head of our condo board, he's trying to clear the manhole so it'll drain. Plus a plumber was called. So hopefully they clear it up soon.
Problem is, I hear thunder again. I'm worried a second cell is about to hit.
2020 is not our year. -_-5 -
Steps today (Saturday): 7,100
The Black Lives Matter protest in Randolph, VT went well today. I was actually chilly because it was overcast, 53 degrees (felt like 43), and I only had a t-shirt on (& capris, socks, sneakers, and sun hat). Brrrr! It didn’t help that I got a migraine an hour before we went to it. Sheesh. I’m glad the rally wasn’t violent. There were many good speakers and most of the steps I logged on my Fitbit happened walking to and from the site.
Time to sleep. More tomorrow!3 -
