Oh, I meant to mention, I am feeling very frustrated with how wonky MFP has been lately. It takes forever to load. Won’t open. Crashes constantly. I thought it was because I hadn’t updated. But then, I did and it’s still just as bad. I give up a lot because it takes so long to load.4

Hi! Stopping in for a quick hello. It's my last week of school hooray. Lots of paperwork...boo. My husband talked with his principal about maybe not working next year and she will be flexible for us. He may become the home instruction contact for other parents not comfortable sending kids to school. That was nice to hear that we can postpone this decision and have options! Still trying to not eat all the chips! My daughter has been wanting to do ballet at home and we have tried a lot of things that haven't worked out. We finally found a website called ballet beautiful and it's fitness ballet. The first month is on sale so we can test it out. But seriously...holy hell I am so sore. We like it for sure but there was a moment I thought my glutes were going to explode and I would match @jugar.9

@eggfreak your numbers are really impressive - seriously, I would love to have any ONE of them!
@micki48 MFP seems to be behaving really badly at the moment - I do wish the tech boss would let us know if they're tinkering about behind the scenes!
Here are my numbers for yesterday:
Steps - 5632
I had a rest day from my Heather Robertson 12 week program, but I just did Week 1/Day 3 and it was definitely challenging. But I'm definitely getting stronger!
I had a really late start today. But I gave myself a target date to finish my new online course, so I'd better get busy.
Have a great day, everyone!5 -
Its Thursday.. YAY.... It's very dreary here and will be for the next few days... Yesterday I had lunch, so I lightened dinner up a bit and still stayed within calories... I also made up my workout I bailed on in the morning... Which was good because day 3 of the book was all about just doing it, no matter how much you don't want to, you committed to this, it's what you need to do.... so I did it, and I'm proud of myself dang it !
This morning exercise was easy, so I think it's all about finding that right balance. Today is resistance training again, I'm dreading it, but I know it's important, so I will do it... although I think I will do the squats without weights this time !
I ordered a meal service, ya know those things that come in a box... I never tried one before, so I thought I would give it a go, and see... It was 32 dollars for 4 meals for 2 people, so I didn't think that was horrible at all.
I got Kohlrabi yesterday at the store, that is my all time favorite veggie, I eat it raw with a dash of salt.. They are not a veggie that is available around here almost ever, most people have not even heard of it.. I tried growing them once it didn't go very well, but I will try again later this summer.
Steps for yesterday were 12,461
Have a great day !

@YinxFed - How long are your Heather Robertson workouts? I need the # of minutes to make the "translation" to # of steps. And how high are these workouts on the sweat scale? Are they aerobic, strength, HIIT, circuits? Any description will help. Thanks!
Great job on those weigh-ins - I didn't even have to nag! Only one missing - @MoStacy ? You still there?2 -
What are you celebrating today? Anything goes!6 -
Coming closer to the end of a Kitchen remodeling. Im happy that its closer to being completed and looking forward to being back to normal. Its been really hard with food choices, hating eating out and not having my regular go to foods easy available.4

There are people quitting because of these problems. Grrrrrrrr. I mostly use it on my laptop and it has been ok, but on the phone I only use the diary because the rest is a mess. Even the diary has some "new improved" aspects that are a pain in the *kitten*. Hmmph. Get it together, MFP!1 -
Happy 18th! I’m celebrating better flexibility (I can lift my leg and foot closer to my torso while clipping my toenails!). Also, celebrating becoming more actively Anti-racist and better informed. Exercise, like anything else is becoming more natural, too. Yay!
Celebration Day❣️4 -

I don't want to jinx myself but I haven't had trouble yet. I only use my phone app for logging foods and logging ahead. There is sometimes a lag time between it syncing with the desktop but not enough to make me quit. NO way Jose. I believe you had an anniversary or is it birthday you're celebrating today right Liselyn? I don't dare go back through the thread to find it. Happy day for either occasion!

Sorry!
Week 1/Day 1 - Full Body Workout (Monday) was 35 minutes, Week 1/Day 2 - HIIT Cardio Workout (Tuesday) was 30 minutes. I did Week 1/Day 3 - Total Body Workout - today, another 35 minutes.
Each and every one has been a complete Sweat Sesh!1 -
If I had been motivated last week, I could have reached 145 by today. Good thing I said something like "the week of my anniversary" which is next week.
I got motivated this week, so I am celebrating 147 today! I hope to eat well tonight to have another good report tomorrow morning.
I am celebrating with a small chocolate mint patty and a huge dinner salad.
We get to watch a grandson this weekend. Hopefully, I get crazy exercise and eat well so I don't ruin my achievement.6 -
Got my steps in today watching my granddaughter. Her game today was pulling mom mom around the house, so got some good steps. Very tired even after good sleep last night. Boy, when I go back to doing this full time soon, I’m going to be exhausted.
Great losses and commitments to exercise and healthy eating. Have a great night.6 -
Happy 18th! I’d like to celebrate my one year anniversary of our move to a foreign country since June 2019. It was very hard to leave my family, friends and career. But one year later I’m 20 pounds lighter and more confident, calm and reliable than ever. So yeah!

Also my lower carb and macro focused approach is really working for my weight goals. I’m not doing any diet just making sure my carbs are lower than 100g and making better choices.8 -
This week has just slipped right by me. I'm still logging every day and doing well with keeping a calorie deficit but haven't made time to check in here in a bit, sorry about that.
I was able to go to the gym for the first time in 3 months and felt really good after. Although I've been active I noticed my strength and endurance aren't where they used to be, so I will be working on that. I tend to have lower gym attendance in the summer since I'm already more active with gardening, swimming, hiking, etc. I have an old bicycle (15+ years old?) and I'm trying to convince my husband to fix it up for me. Haven't been on a bike ride in years.
We had ice cream.in the house earlier this week and I enjoyed it. Probably too much lol. It's gone now so yesterday for dessert I had a cup of mixed fruit with a bit of whipped cream on top and it was delicious. I've also been a lot closer to my 25% daily protein goal.
One thing to celebrate is although I gained a bit of weight earlier in the year, i still fit in my summer clothes, and I'm still 25 lbs lighter than my heaviest weight.
@Steph1498 how easy/challenging has it been keeping carbs below 100g? I like the idea of cutting down but not drastically, 100g seems like a well rounded number.4 -
Hope you're all feeling Fabulous this Friday, Friends?
My steps for yesterday were dismal - only 2592. I've already recorded yesterday's exercises.
Enjoy the rest of your day!4 -

Not a huge loss but, a loss is a loss so I’ll take it.7 -
Yesterday was good, Did everything on my list... I had planned to have zuccini zoodles with the leftover salisbury steak, and I bought them pre-zoodled, well they were mushy so I threw them away... Instead we had a veggie mix, so that was kinda disappointing...
I didn't exercise this morning, the hubby has been feeling sore alot lately, and he was sleeping so peacefully I decided not to kick him to the couch at 5.30am... lol Today the cable people come to fix the issue in the library, so I will be able to do it in there if needed.. I would do it there all the time, but the floor in there needs to be shored up, as it's very bouncy, so gotta get the hubby to do that. I will exercise when I get home...
Steps for 6/18 = 11,547

Yesterday, I celebrated my wedding anniversary! We went to a nice restaurant, had yummy food, and split a bottle of wine. I slept HORRIBLE! I am trying to clean my house this morning and we are going swimming at my mom's house this afternoon. I really just want to lay around all day, but that will never happen!6 -

Tomorrow I'm going to try bake a cake from scratch for my husband's birthday. I've never done this before.
So uh. Wish me luck. :06 -
My app has completely died and is unusable and I'm struggling to access the web version.
Sorry if I miss my weigh in but this sucks and I'm angry.3 -

But yesterday I was 147! I ate 1040 cals, so I was hoping for under 147. I'll try for 145 next Friday.3
