NSV! The last two days, I've taken 5-7 minutes every hour to walk...my daily goal is 7k steps and I've been over 8k both Thurs and Fri! YAY ME!5

I've now lost 20kg since I started this journey (again) in November and 16kg since I joined the lovely Trimstones. Thanks everyone for keeping me on track! Still a bit to go to goal weight but I'm getting a lot nearer. 🤸♀️

The loss is not as big as it looks because I gained 1.4 lbs last week. My net loss then is 0.7 lbs. I'm happy though. Getting closer to the one hundreds! 😊4 -

I have done so much exercise today. A 20 mile cycle and 5 mile run (with hill reps). Now gleefully enjoying some well-earned vices (margaritas 🍸 and ice cream 🍨). YUM! 😁

I'm not sure what happened. I'm under my calorie goal consistently so now I'm dialing in on my macros. Too many carbs, not enough protein.1 -

Sorry if anyone saw this message before I edited it!!! I was struggling to figure out how to reply to posts on here, lol. Well, I just need some help with accountability so I joined this group. I usually do well for about a week then go back to bad habits, so I’m trying something different this time.2 -

I think the race to the tape is best, I'm good with the gift card as a trophy. So, first to hit a lower weight that ends in 99.9 wins.2 -

Happy enough with this because I think I've actually lost about 2 lb since last week. My scales died ☠ and I think there is a calibration difference with the new ones (husband is 1.5 lbs heavier on these too). Could also be water retention from the salt-rimmed margaritas last night 🍸 - we shall see next week!2 -
