Wow, that's a great loss! You'll do it again I'm sure! You're right around my weight I think. I just broke into the 100's, but I'm short so I have a long way to go to get to my goal. [/quote]

@Arc130 I’m short too! I’m only 5”1, so all my weight likes to settle in my butt and thighs, as well as my upper arms 🙄

@IDARae Ooo! You and I are the same height! Lol! My weight is mostly midsection first and then thighs, I think. The rest is all over fat. We have a long way to go then. Looking forward to seeing us both get to goal. I set mine at 130 lbs right now because I think I looked it up in a BMI chart and that number is at the top of the range for normal weight.

Absolutely!! I'm going to try my very best. Thank you very much.

I'm so impressed with this group. I haven't participated in the other mini challenges, but I secretly use my team members success as a motivation.

Hardet. Steps. Ever. The heat index was like 105 and the humidity was crazy. There were mosquitoes and snakes involved. Ugh.

Ewwwww! Mosquitoes are bad enough, you can keep the snakes!

Since my surgery is Wednesday and I won’t be able to exercise for several week after. I decided to take a rest day today and exercise Sun-Tues.

@simbersea Great idea supporting your steps with golf...

I don't see a weigh in for you for last week on the support chart and can't find one in the Jun chatroom, so that means we don't have a starting weight for Jul. Email or post please so I can update the Jul chart...and are you walking this month? Don't forget to sign up and set a new goal.

    Thanks,
    Jessica

Hey everyone, sorry for being quiet. I was working 55 hours a week, pulled a bunch of double shifts, then I took my family up to the mountains in northern Idaho and have been gone since last Friday. We are making our way home now. Stayed the night in Missoula, Mt last night, and have 5 hours to go today. We spent a lot of time at Priest Lake, did some 4 wheeler riding, went on a very short hike, wanted to hike more but I was with a group of older, unfit people, so we cut it short, and then my husband ended up fixing his grandpas house because when we got there, the balcony was falling over, so that took up 2 of our days there. I'll post more once I get home to my computer. Heres my steps.
