Been a real effort to meet 10k most days this week. Very busy with work and lots of rain. I've been marching on the spot late at night on quite a few evenings!0 -

I’ve had tremors is my hands since I was 15 that is caused by a movement disorder called essential tremor. In September they did brain surgery to correct the right side. Which has been life changing. It completely eliminated the tremor. Yay! I heard from the surgeon and they scheduled brain surgery again on 7/1 to correct the left side. It is day surgery. I will be here. I’m just not able to do any exercise for 2 weeks after. Just wanted to let everyone know.
@jessicakrall8 i will be not doing step challenge in July because of this. But I will pick that up in August. But I will be here in July as far as weigh-ins and let everyone know how I’m doing. Hugs!6 -

Had a few slip ups this week, on the food and drink front, but I've also had a couple of exercise victories (fastest 10k and longest run of recent years) so on balance I'd say it was a good week.2 -

I'm not losing as fast as I like but I'm also not tracking drinks (just limiting their appearance). I'm really going to sustainable habit changes that can result in long lasting weight loss but that means slower weight loss. It's hard not to be disappointed.8
