@JOYfulNoise89 I can sympathize with you. I've been at it a long time and haven't lost that much. There was a lot of bouncing up and down for quite a while until lately where I started to see more positive downward trends over the last month.
We can do it though! Even if it takes us a long time!

Been a rainy week so far - tough to get outside with the thunder/lightning. But it has cooled the temps down from the 90’s down to the 80’s, which is welcome. I’ve got weightlifting this morning (inside) then I’ll try to get at least 9
Holes of golf in. Helps with my steps.3 -

Travelling, so not my scale... Or my regularly scheduled schedule. If it weren't for Corona I'd have to see which of you lovely peeps I could meet up with along the I-81 corridor. I finally returned my mom to her home after she quarantined for 3 months with us in Alabama. She came for spring break, Covid came, and we all decided she was stuck with us cause flying seemed like am unwise choice and Connecticut an unwise destination! Heading back to Alabama on Friday.3 -

@mulecanter I'm the queen of yo-yoing - I'll post my embarrassing MFP chart one day - it looks like a seascape with all the waves. I'm relying on you folks to keep me in check this time though so we should shout at each other if we go up too much.
@JOYfulNoise89 @Arc130 its great you are taking a sensible and sustainable approach to your diet rather than just chasing quick wins. If it comes off slowly then it is less likely to go back on again afterwards!
@kmfeig87 your trip sounds amazing. I'd love to be kayaking down a river. Keep us updated with your travels!2
