    Great losses @mynacha73 and @mulecanter

I've had serious hunger pangs today. I tried munching on vegetable crudites, then fruit, nothing was satisfying me. Eventually I ended up eating two portions of millionaire's shortbread (basically a giant lump of butter and sugar) because sometimes healthy snacks just won't do!

Gone over my target kcals for the day but at least I finally feel satiated. Ah well, back on the wagon tomorrow!

My first loss in the Covid era :D A Godiva delivery truck is on its way Jessica. >:)

Something you might not know about me...I don't like chocolate...yes, I'm an alien from outer space...but you'd do much more damage by sending the Domino's delivery to my door...can't seem to stay away from their pizza, pasta carbonara and wings...didn't have the wings but ate the other two today...then walked extra and did a lighter dinner...

Congrats on the loss @mulecanter ! Let's see, what food can I send you now?!!!

Had a scare last week. Gained 3 pounds - and I wasn’t even eating that badly!! Then I remembered that I went back to weight training. I was so sore the next day - I couldn’t get out of bed without pushing myself up with my arms. My poor quads hurt so badly. But it went away in a few (5) days - and so did the weight, which was obviously water retention from the weightlifting. Good reminder not to slack off with my weights - I get the pain AND the gain.

Hope everyone is having a good week.

I have a confession to make...after my snack fest on Monday I did not get back on the wagon and ended up eating all sorts yesterday, including more millionaire's shortbread AND I got wine out 🍷 on a Tuesday! 😱

I'd had very stressful day at work and was slipping into stress eating.

Anyway, to focus on the positives, I'm pleased to report I'm back within my calorie limits today and I have not succumbed to the shortbread (hurrah)!

I can totally sympathise @simbersea. I've done the crawling out of bed more than once after a weights session. Once I pulled my stomach muscles so bad I had to stand up in stages. It was like i was reenacting the evolution of man! 🤣

Great job joyfulnoise and arc for your milestones. I'm back now from my dad's and he has a new front plants on his two new gardens. Ripped it all out and started new and added to the other side a new bed and half. What a job! 7 hours later and it was done.

Thanks, Jennifer! I'm so happy to be in Onederland! 😊

Gardening is a lot of work, but satisfying! You would have burned lots of calories, too!
