    Happy Weekend All :)

I just got done working out to Leslie Sansone walking dvd that features HIIT to party hits ... I had to make up for not working out on Monday ... I refuse to workout when my roommate is here ...He drives a truck and is out for 2 weeks then comes home for the weekend and usually leaves on Monday but he got screwed so he didn't leave until Tuesday

    Good morning.
Today my weight is 132,6 kg = 292,3 lbs and I must say that I'm not even bothered. I started to have a cold around 3 days ago, toguether with the sleeping machine. Which, trust me, is not a good combination. Tonight I couldn't even use the CPAP because my nose is completely blocked.
And I'm having lots of heavy stuff in the dentist that makes my mouth stay in constant pain.
But hey! Even if my situation is not the best, I'm doing my steps! 10/08/2020 9.799 steps 11/08/2020 14,796 steps

I hope you feel better soon Z ...hugs

I have had a secret mini goal for the past couple of months to weigh less than my husband does. He's never been real big, just has some extra weight. As a side effect of my weight loss efforts though, he's losing weight too lol. He works from home full time now so he eats what I eat. This morning he told me he was 210. I'm slowly catching up haha.

Great loss this week ..... Amazing LTD loss ....Congrats :)

It was grocery shopping day so I was gone all afternoon into the middle of the evening. Did a walking video while my husband went and got thai food for dinner. I got home too late to make anything. I always get garlic chicken and then eat the meat and veggies with a fraction of the sauce in the container and no rice so it's not so bad. I did bad on getting my weights done this week. I'm having a problem with nailing down a time of day I can do it without effecting anyone else in the family. Will have to reevaluate

Amazing loss! I can’t imagine how tough it is to find time with young kids. Garlic chicken sounds so yummy. Epicure is coming out with a garlic chicken in their September calendar. I can’t wait to order some.

    Saturday’s check in
    Calories: over
    Exercise: 23 minute walk
    Water: ✅
    Steps: 8,465
    DBF: 5

I went over again but I didn’t binge. As you may know I am originally from Newfoundland. The restaurant my daughter works at had a Newfoundland day on Thursday. I didn’t get to go as my hubby had to work so early the next day but last night she brought us home some Newfie fries. I usually have an order every year when we travel home to Newfoundland but we can’t go due to COVID travel restrictions. It was so good. We also found some salt meat at the supermarket yesterday so we are going to have a Newfoundland jiggs dinner tonight. The salt meat is not the best for you but we soak it overnight and change the water a few times. It has lots of veggies with it. I feel like I got a taste of home this weekend. Now I just need a big lobster to make it complete.

    Happy Sunday!

    Today’s goals
    1. No binge eating
    2. Minimum 20 minute walk
    3. Bed by 10:30 pm

    Check-in for Saturday 9/12

    Steps: 8179
    Calories: under
    Water: 90 oz
    Closed Ring Streak: 6 days

Well, the scale is up a couple more points today but I forgot my blood pressure medicine yesterday which is a mild diuretic. I have already take it today and hope to see a better number tomorrow. I did have a NSV last night. I was in my closet and saw some fall/ winter clothes that I could not wear last year because they were too tight or way too tight. I was surprised that I was able to fit in to all of them. This gives me a lot of hope and opens up my closet for when the cool weather arrives which won’t be until November. Who knows, maybe those clothes will be too big by then.

I got rid of a most of my smaller clothes when I moved in June. I only kept one size lower with the exception of a few items that I love. I figured if I lose enough for those to be too big than I deserved some new things. 😁

    Hi All,

Here for Monday weigh in. I haven't had a good week this week with food or exercise so I shouldn't be surprised that the scales have went up with having take away (takeout) on Saturday so have rocketed back up again. I know I need to try and refocus as I've noticed some habits creep back in with my eating and less exercise. I was seemingly doing well having the odd thing food wise here and there but I just need to be aware of cals in vs out more so it doesn't bite me longterm.

A few days ago I was between 250.4/250.6 but this morning I stepped on at 251.4. I kinda dropped scales the other day when stepping on.. it was amusing seeing them throw a reading of 244.something I was like ooo that would be good! but then went to 250.6.

I know this week I need to keep a closer watch on what I'm eating so I don't overeat, I don't count calories exactly but I look at package (if it is) and add up that way. I probably could count everything but I feel it would lead me to become more obsessive and I don't particularly want to get like that over every bite of food.

Hoping to be under 250 by the end of the month, fingers crossed I can do it. Hormones take a step back until next month for this please haha!
