Yes Linda, I did 3.5 miles on the treadmill.
Had to do something to counter all the junk food I am eating due to not smoking.
Today I did 4 miles, tomorrow I hope to get 6 miles in.1 -

I have been feeling kinda off. Super emotional for no apparent reason but still pushing right along. Work has been kicking my butt and getting lots of exercise in there. So much so, that I come home and crash. Today I weighed in with my trainer and had some pretty amazing results (posted below) so I am going to try to get refocused and tomorrow after work I will try to go to the gym.
My reward for losing 75 pounds will be a full arm sleeve so I have to work on toning my arms up. My legs are tightening up nicely and I am super excited to see all the results slowly pouring in.
Impressive loss in inches! Do you have any ideas for your sleeve? I have a couple of small ones I want to get done. Maybe a reward for me. 🤔Steps 9/22- 6,717
I did not hit goal of 7K steps yesterday but I will have over 8K today and I have closed all of the rings on my watch for 17 days now. Before this month, my longest streak was 3 days. Today has not been a great day. I got hit with a migraine while in the middle of Costco today which disrupted my vision for a good half hour today. It’s been a long time since I had one of those and I still have a residual headache but it’s better than it was. I only have 880 calories in so far and I just don’t have the appetite to force it.

Well tomorrow the scales are going to up. This morning I am still up 2.2 pounds and I can’t see that disappearing over night. I can’t seem to focus on dieting right now. I know it is not a diet but a lifestyle change. If you guys have any ideas on how to get my motivation back I am all ears.
I am leaving for my walk soon and I am going to aim for 40 minutes today!
Goals for week

2. Stay within calorie goal

Good Morning Everyone Happy Thursday ..... I got up at 5:45am had my coffee and got an early workout in ... I did my aerobics to Broadway for 60 minutes ..I have a podiatrist appt this morning ...I am excited to tell him that I am pain free and that I will call him when I need him ...hopefully never again .... 3 fractures and 1 surgery in my feet is enough ...I hope everyone has a great day1

I wish I had the answer. This team has been my motivation. I did noon for a little bit last year and the one thing the stuck with me is that everything I do or don’t do is a choice that I actively make. If I gain due to to much salt I know it was really due to me choosing to eat the foods high in sodium. It’s ok to have them but I need to plan and make choices over the next few days to compensate. I am in complete control of my choices.1 -

Yesterday went well. Day 1 of getting rid of the sugar cravings and back to my healthy lifestyle. The kids had cake after my son got home from school and now it is all gone, whew. There was a piece left but I managed to throw it away with their plates and declare the cake gone. I took my son to school, came home and ate lunch and then went for a walk around the neighborhood for an hour. I felt hungry all day from cravings but managed to stick to my meals and healthy snacks.

Another day back on track. I did weigh myself Monday morning to see the damage. 8lbs up in one week, sheesh. This morning I weighed and I've already gone back down 5 though, hopefully the rest falls off as well and I can get back to seeing new numbers again. Had a nice walk during the day after taking my son to school. It's still a little hot during the day but not as bad as it was. Looking forward to having some cooler weather soon.
I need some of your motivation! Great control in handling that cake. The weight will come off fairly fast. A lot of it was probably water weight. It was cool here for awhile but we are back to the humidity for a few days.TracyKlaft1 wrote: »TracyKlaft1

Sorry I’ve been so MIA. I put out my back and then my whole family got quite sick (just got negative covid tests back today!) and I’ve been in full on binge mode. Can I step out and come back fresh in October?0

Did not get my goal of 6 miles today.. haha... life happens. But did manage to fit in 2 miles and moving a bunch of boxes for a good half hour to an hour. I wish there was a way for me to actually calculate the calories for moving these boxes. I used to own a party store and I have all the left over inventory which I sell online. When I get an order I am having to dig for the supplies in boxes that weigh anywhere from a pound to ten pounds and the boxes are about 20x16x12 inch in piles of 6 to 8 boxes per pile. Today I was moving boxes and moving boxes because I couldn't find a specific product. I had worked up a good sweat moving them and running up and down the stairs.2
