The habit tracker? I am so confused, where is the rest of Sept. I don't even see mine listed there any longer and it starts on October 4?
I am not sure .... I went to the Captain's quarters and left a message for Jugar to look into ...it does look weird on the downsizers but it is fine on all other teams0 -

Steps were low yesterday but I got a bike ride in so I’m happy with my overall activity.
You are doing well ... I am sure you will lose it by Friday My scale showed a 3 lb gain this morning but I am not going to get frustrated because I am doing everything right aka weighing everything food wise... working out etc. eventually my body will cooperate ..I just need to work on being patient
3lb can’t possibly be true. Must be fluid somewhere. I am sure it will reset.0 -

Weigh Day-I feel like I should change it to Wednesday’s that is my lightest day 😁 (I track my weight everyday)
Well for this week I was 232.4. I know it went up because I had pizza Sunday night and it was salty, hence retaining water.
As a whole, I can do better. I gave into cravings yesterday and I know I shouldn’t, but today is a new day and hopefully I’ll see some weight loss for next weigh-in Monday.1 -

I'm Kitty and I am 57,. I have struggled with my weight, my whole life, accumulating a grand mass of a little over 400 lbs. and then I was able to reach 350 lbs. I stayed at this weight for a while, and when I got down to 288 lbs I finally decided to join mfp in the hopes that with a group of others for support, I could finally reach my ultimate goal weight of 197 lbs.888Angie888 wrote: »Steps:

Had surgery on my toe last week- so not a lot of walking around. I'm hoping it will be all back to normal soon. My butt is numb from sitting on the couch all weekend😉.
You must be going stir crazy with all the walking you normally do. I hope for toe heals nicely!I am up 0.8 since weigh-in on Friday but this seems to be my norm. Hopefully, the scale will start showing a loss starting tomorrow.
Steps were low yesterday but I got a bike ride in so I’m happy with my overall activity.
Those weekend scale jumps are crazy. Due to the sodium my weight jumped 5 pounds. It is starting to come down and I have to watch my sodium intake for the rest of the week. Great job on the bike ride!Daily post September 27
Tracked Yes
Under Calorie Yes
Steps 1348
I don't think my steps have been that low since the beginning of the challenge. We went to my parents house and watched football/played cards and I hardly moved. At least my eating was on point. And now I'm off to take a walk!
With your eating on point one day of inactivity won’t hurt you! Great job on tracking and staying under!ScorpioGirl70 wrote: »Scorpiogirl70
Weigh in Day is Monday
This week
PW: 217 pounds
CW: 212 pounds
LOSS: 5 pounds... okay back where I was, now to continue down the scale the correct way.
I did change my incline on the treadmill which increases my calories burned, which I am loving.
Goal: 2000 steps- today 8905 steps
That is an amazing loss! You worked really hard this week and it is paying off. Great step count for the day. How is the quitting smoking going?0 -

Pizza is always a killer for me with water retention. It’s one of my favourites! I can change your weigh ins to Wednesday if you like. I picked Friday’s for myself as it is my lightest day usually. I have been doing Friday’s since my weight watchers day way back.0 -

I walked a lot yesterday and drank a lot of water yesterday ... I know I am doing things right so I will continue to do my thing
Did not care for the Zumba I did today so I will be going back to my Country Zumba ....The Zumba I did today was only 30 minutes so I ended up doing my hour aerobics with Richard Simmons ...I am still sore from my lonnng walk yesterday but I got it done (barely) LOL
I have never tried Zumba but it looks like lots of fun! Great job on the exercise!0 -

Monday’s check in
Calories: under
Exercise: 37 minute walk 1/5
Water: ✅
Steps: 8,391 1/5
DBF: 6
Did much better with my eating last night. I had trouble sleeping and that’s when I tend to start eating and putting myself over calories. I am so proud that I did not give into the urges to eat.
I have my Granddaughter today and she hurt her foot so she is not going to school. I usually walk her there on Tuesday’s. I am going to try and do a walk indoors today. I know she has a ton of stuff planned for us. I am trying a new shrimp recipe and I hope it turns out. It looks good but is a bit higher in calories than I would like.
Happy Tuesday!
Goals for week
1. Walk at least 35 minutes 5x/week
2. Stay within calorie goal
3. 7,000 steps 5x/week0 -
Question
What are your 3 goals for the day?1 -

Someone (listed as "Anonymous") totally edited out the Downsizers tab on the spreadsheet! This is the problem with allowing anyone with the link to edit, but luckily it happens rarely. I have restored the version from the previous day, so it should be OK now. I will get the October one ready today. I think this is what the person was trying to do - they even changed the name to October, so I'd better get at it so they don't try again!0 -
You also have another new member coming by soon, I hope. Welcome to the fabulously named @iHUSTLE4MUSCLE !1

Tracked Yes
Under calorie Yes
Water 118oz
Steps 9047
Exercise 45 min walk
Going for a walk felt good. I hadn't gotten outside for one in days. It was pretty chilly out, the sun was starting to go down. I think I'll try to keep walking outside sometimes even when it gets cold and just bundle up. As long as there is no snow/ice on the ground. I enjoy walking in the fresh air.1 -
