    So up my intermittent fasting from 16:8 to 18:6 yes the 6 hour window is tricky but up to the Challenge when I don't have doctor's appointments on those days will revert back to 16:8. Got my official letter from my doctor yesterday and it feels so good.

    Goals/comments: Lost 2 inches overall this week also increase my distance in walking (b4 I only can do one house now I'm walking past 4 houses on my block.)

    So all together this is not terrible results considering, I had a blast on our Halloween family virtual party. Tried to minimize some of it with my keto low carb treats but still had 3 slices of pizza and a handful of candy corn (had to give it to my sister because that's like crack to me😂😂😂😂) then I got mad at myself because 1 serving was 19 pieces and I only had 7/8 pieces but that's what happen when mindful eating becomes a habit.

    DEFINITELY DOING BETTER NEXT WEEK over I lost 7.4lbs this month. Not bad for a month (patting myself on the back👏🏽👏🏽)

    Finding it hard to stick to an exercise routine with my sister here. Just have to be more diligent. Was hoping to have a positive influence on her (she’s also over weight and has a lot of health issues). But I can’t control her. Only myself. Taking it one day at a time

    Goals/comments had my 18hr intermittent fasting even though I had my pulmonologist appt today things went so well I was in and out the only disappointing news was I had to stay on my oxygen because although I'm improving on other areas my oxygen went from 100 to 70 as I walk around the doctor's office. The good thing is I was able to walk around the office for a full 6 minute walking test back in February I had to sit after two minutes.

    I have some more health issues than I realised, per several doctors’ visits the last week, so that forces me to make some decisions about what to do with my habits and my life.
