    My doctor was so proud of my progress but she Nix the idea of me going out to celebrate my goals or birthday. So another year I'm stuck in house on my birthday despite all of the progess I made this year.

    Also she assured me I wasn't losing my mind due to severe exhaustion at times and brain fog. She said it's all apart of having oxygen due to COPD-ASTHMA & Pulmonary Hypertension.
