It's getting cold so I have a harder time getting motivated to exercise. Once I am outside and being active I am o.k. so I've just got remind myself of that. But 29 degrees this a.m.-brr!
Something I feel good about yesterday is that everyone in the house had pizza and I had a Lean Cuisine for dinner. I also contemplated a late night snack but resisted.2 -
Anyone else just trying to be as good as possible so that you can eat terribly on thanksgiving?
@Krysless2 That's pretty much my plan for all of the upcoming holidays. My goal isn't to lose weight the next two months but to come out the other side without the usual weight gain.1 -

Great job resisting temptation! I had the same struggle last night my temptation was taking the easy way out and getting a meal at McDonald’s while picking up everyone else’s order! I did steal a French fry and got myself a vanilla cone though. The struggle was more real after my measured out chicken and vegetable dinner. I wanted a bowl of sugar cookie cereal but just went to bed instead.😣1 -

I am sorry I've barely checked in! The last few weeks have been extremely hectic at work, and some coworker issues have resurfaced, and it has been stressing me out pretty bad. I've tried getting a handle on everything but had a complete meltdown today. I'm just a ball of nerves. So while I am still here rooting you guys on, I'm kind of going through some things.
Mentally, I need to pick my brain to see what I can do differently. I am not a good supporter if my minds not right. And, I don't want to let you guys down!!!
So, just know I am still here, and I'm really proud of all the progress you are making.

I’m the same way, not being very active when I’m down. Hence my month-long silence.
