    Not really sure how that happened? I did not weigh myself last Saturday. I felt heavy, and I hadn't been eating well (I had consumed four whole bags of Doritos in the two weeks I was recuperating, among other things), and I didn't want to further damage my psyche. It was a snowy day, great for Christmas decorating, so I put my energies into having a good day, and then a good weekend, and then a good week. Logged and under since last Saturday. Regardless, it gives me a great starting point for December and a goal of being in the 160's by year's end.

Today, my focus was to quickly get out of those scary caloric zones because the longer I stay down there the harder it will be for me to pick myself back up. Working out definitely helps!     Great job getting back to calorie counting right after Thanksgiving. I'm glad you had a Thanksgiving win as well.
    I didn't even eat half the food on my plate and I felt so full I was shaky. I guess I'm getting used to having smaller portions at most meals.
