I am sorry I've barely checked in! The last few weeks have been extremely hectic at work, and some coworker issues have resurfaced, and it has been stressing me out pretty bad. I've tried getting a handle on everything but had a complete meltdown today. I'm just a ball of nerves. So while I am still here rooting you guys on, I'm kind of going through some things.
Mentally, I need to pick my brain to see what I can do differently. I am not a good supporter if my minds not right. And, I don't want to let you guys down!!!
So, just know I am still here, and I'm really proud of all the progress you are making.

Today's Weight: 170.5I can't be too surprised since I had 3 days of mindlessly eating last week. But I'm so disappointed in myself, I was hoping to never see the 170s again. This is typical for me though, almost every year from Oct-Dec I gain back almost everything I gained during the year. Something needs to change!
