    WEIGH IN: FRIDAY, Nov. 20:
    PW: 173.8
    CW: 181.4

    CHECK IN: Thursday, Nov. 19
    🏃🏻‍♀️ Exercise ✔️
    💦 Water ✔️
    🍽 Calories /Tracking ✔️
    😴 Sleep ❌

    STEPS
    THURS. 11/19: 13,250 (spinning) + 7,540 (kickboxing) + 9,247 = 30,037

    I expected a gain, but this amount was shocking. 7.6 lbs. in a week is more than I've even gained after a week on vacation. I weigh more than I did when I started here now. :( Not the way I wanted to end November.

    You still have one more week to bring it back. Keep doing your exercises and focus on one meal at a time. You got this!

    Check-in for 11/20

    Steps (goal=8.5K): 👍🏼
    Water (goal= 80oz):👍🏼
    Carb goal= 145g:👍🏼
    Fat goal= 40g:👍🏼
    Protein= 105g:👎🏼 a little high
    Fiber= 28g:👎🏼 a lot low
    Exercise: just walked

    I was a little over calories yesterday but it was due to protein so, I’m not too upset about it. For the week, my average is on track.

    Here is a quote I came across about self-love.
    I think it's something I have to work on.
    Looking at these quotes are something I find inspiration.
    Here is one of them:

    Hi all!

    Hope you are doing well!

    First of all, I would like to thank @lindamtuck2018 @mari_moulin and @azkunk for the kind words and motivation from last week. It really meant something to me, thank you!

    I was a really bad week, went overboard and felt awful because of that.

    Shifting focus away from bad things onto positive things, this week even though I failed the weekly objective, I managed to lost some weight and got back on track!

    Back to below 80, which is awesome!

    Thank you again for your support! Let's crush this together! :D

    Tracked Yes
    Under calories No but close!
    Steps 11766 tracked
    Exercise shoulder strength work out

    Did errands and went out with friend to buy housewarming gift for another friend. It was so nice being out, no time or need to think about food or mindless snacking. She barely eats with me, even though she tells me she snacks at home. She is one of my friends I do the online workouts with. Did my shoulder workout when I got home even though I didn’t feel it. Planned to take today as rest day since going for a LONG walk.

    Happy to help. We are in the same boat and need each other to celebrate the successes and to support during the bad weeks.

    I am a total data geek and I love your spreadsheets. How do you measuring visceral fat?

    Thank you. This really helped me feel better. I'm trying to get back on the horse this weekend through Thanksgiving morning at least.

    I haven't looked into a Garmin. This is my third Fitbit, and I have never had a significant problem till now. I'm not counting my FB that conked out after 3+ years. I've ordered a cheapy, $37, with discount coupon. It should be compatible with my Samsung phone, and work till I figure something out.

    @Megan_smartiepants1970
    Thank you for the step recognition. I will be exercising in minutes till my cheapy interim watch gets here. By the way, have you ever tried vanilla powder? I haven't, but I was thinking about ordering some till I saw the price, lol.

    @lelbarou
    You are absolutely right about getting used to something, and expecting it to work. And, yes, it was frustrating to get conflicting information from two techs. I have ordered a cheapy replacement for the time being.

    I am still looking through the posts. I intend to respond to each of you who mentioned me in the last few days.

    I also wanted to let you all know that my treadmill is fixed. The repair tech replaced a bunch of stuff today. The funny thing is that he wanted me to "run" on it after he finished up. It was to check if it was working correctly. I said, "I might run after a sandwich, but not on a treadmill." It just came out of my mouth, you'd have to know my wacky sense of humor... Anyway he look perplexed. It gets worse... I started laughing. I then hopped on the treadmill and started walking really fast. I got two words...

    Hilarious and humiliating at the same time. Yikes, just, yikes :D:D
