Shelley, Gunslinger can only be done with a purple kettle bell!! ;) And Thanks!! You are doing pretty terrific yourself!

Worked out for 60 mins w/my trainer then walked 3.54 miles in 72 mins w/Pat. Not sure is we're walking tomorrow or not...maybe... :#

Karen, If you're gonna do the gunslinger, may I suggest a one-pound kettlebell? My arms hurt just thinking about what Shelley does with hers. Yikes!

A friend needed a ride home from the hospital today. We live in the mountains but have to wander into civilization sometimes. Her procedure took longer than expected. So, rather than wait in the car, I finally went walking. One hour of meandering over flatland cement trails (i.e. beautiful - (cough, cough) - downtown Redwood City sidewalks).

    Done and done, check!

Paula - I need to start light lol! My muscles need work.

Went out for a 30 minute walk....so beautiful outside! It has been quite cold here.

Making the cookie dough for my Dad's famous Christmas cookies tonight and will then roll and stuff tomorrow. We usually do a party, but my immediate family in my house will make and deliver or ship.

Weighed light this morning: 164.8....let's see if I can keep it over the weekend!

Chris so happy to hear about any moisture! And now I will have to check which bell is purple. I think I have a purple one! Or maybe I am confusing it with a pair of dark purple dumbbells I have. Driving me nuts I can't remember!

Karen that is great. I spent weeks choosing some for me years ago. I hope you didn't go to light. I went with the metal ones covered in a rubber. It is easy to move up on the swings. There are moves that can hurt your wrist. So wear wrist bands! Have fun. Photos of those cookies!

Paula what a wonderful friend you are. That was a long wait. Good thing you could walk. And no one pound kettle bell! Do they even make something so tiny? It would be adorable. Like a charm for your bracelet. :D

Kathy I walked a lot today also. It was a great day.

Good job Christmas shopping for Shelley, Chris. Those would make great gag gifts. Or how about this one? Not only does it come with a kettlebell (unspecified weight) but it also has a sweatband for your finger!

    Chris,

It's broken! The caption says "Roll over image to zoom in." Well, I kept rolling (a lot) but it wouldn't zoom! :)

I'm sorry it didn't work for you, Paula. I rolled and zoomed a lot while still in Amazon and my hot flash meds failed...a lot. :o

Chris all I can say is "wow". But I am trying really hard not to laugh at that mini kettle bell. Just adorable.

Ran around like crazy all day, but did force myself to go out and walk a bit just now. So nice at night to see all of the Christmas lights!

Karen glad you did. Always does. :p

    Chris nice workout!

So I finally signed up on my television for YouTube. I did it so I can workout to kettle bell workouts with different instructors. And it is free! Fantastic!

They are so cute! But they are not purple. Which I realized I do not have a purple one.
