    That is adorable Chris! Thanks!

I found Billy Blanks and his Tae Bo workouts on YouTube. If you don't hear from me again its because I was sucked into the YouTube APP and I like it there!

I’m going to have to join you in YouTube land. Great workouts there...no excuses. I checked them out last year and was doing a lot of upper body exercises working on my flabby arms.

Yesterday I did 5.09 miles in 95 mins. I was sure I posted this, but I just don't see it. Today I'll workout w/my trainer for 60 mins and then walk w/DH trying for another 5 miles...we'll see.

Shelley, I'll do it only if I get to look like that when the 5 minutes is up. ...sorry, impossible for this California girl... :/ She is amazing!!

I did get 5.21 miles done in 98 mins and a 60 min workout w/my trainer. I'm okay with that.

Chris I will do it also if I could manage not to fall off the rubber ball and break something.

Paula I need a poster of her. Such inspiration.

I did a zumba workout last night with Rodrigo. So much fun! I cancelled my Les Mills subscription for now. I really did love doing the zumba workout. So not like working out.

Nice Kathy! I will try to add the ones I did and tell a little of how I liked or disliked it. And what if any weight I used. I see why you said it was just ok. Together lets find instructors that motivate us.

Shelley I haven’t done another since the kettlebell workout. Plan to find an upper body workout for Sunday along with another good walk. I have my weights to work with although I know I need to buy a new heavier set. I do miss planet fitness, it was easier to experiment with heavier weights on their machines.

I really liked this Rodrigo Ace video, Shelley, and I tried to see if I could keep up. But it was a no-go.

My left knee's been giving me problems ever since June; and a simple walk on sidewalks left me hobbling badly last week. This usually heals in a week or two; but walking re-triggers the hurt. I love walking. Gonna see if a new knee brace helps...

There's no excuse really because I can still do bodyweights, TRX and dumbbells. But psychologically it's just hard to get motivated.

So my 20lb kettle bell delivered today....Christmas gift from my MIL....the 10lb is still coming. I'll be ready to join you all soon with these exercises;)

Felt terrible yesterday...only like 3 hours of sleep...so took a mid day and nap and felt better. No exercise for me. Will see about today. Maybe I need to find a video or something on cable. Cold outside and meant to snow a bit ;)

    Chris & Karen,

I just click on the arrow on the picture that Shelley or Karen posted; and it loads the YouTube video and runs it for me automatically. Then I click on the "full screen" icon and watch it on my computer and try to dance along...

Muahahaha, that is how I used to do it also Paula. Sorry your knee is being bad. Yes have it looked at. In the mean time do just the upper part of the workouts. While sitting and tapping your feet. If you raise your knees it is an abs workout. Pretty sweet actually. I also liked the Rodrigo Ace video, love the inspiration and fun!

Chris I have a fire stick. There are a couple of ways to get it onto your television. I used my firestick and went to APPS. Then went to YOUTUBE. NOT youtube TV, they charge for that. I used my Google account. Got a code for the YOUTUBE APP, entered it onto my "smart" television, mine is not actually smart, hence the need for the firestick. You can look online for better instructions. It was fairly easy, or I could not have done it!

This is the one I did tonight. I liked a lot about it. Easy to follow. Upbeat tempo. The guy, Rick, was likeable. It progressively picked up, added new moves. Made it fun. There was a screen that showed the upcoming moves, one that showed how much time was left and another that showed how many steps you have done. He has others that I want to do now also.
