63 minute walk - 3.34 miles. Two days of rain in Georgia ahead for NYE and NY Day, So I will definitely walk this morning. Spending NYE and day with Ron. He spent the last week home with mom in Mississippi. I really missed him.
I will post my final numbers on the 31st and will set new goals for 2021and post them on January 1.
Happy New Year ladies and thank you all for getting me through. As my great niece Lyric loves to tell me in her sweet voice “Auntie Kathy you’re the best” . My friends “you are the best”.

Morning ladies! Just watched the weather and happy to see it will be warmer the next few days...woo hoo! I need to do some research and figure out some winter exercises.....for sure I need to do more weight training.....
Do you ladies goal set for the new year? I'm a fan of writing it down and committing....working on my "21 for 2021" list as well speak

I don't usually Karen, but I can this year. Hmmm, I will work on being the best I can. We are what we eat. I so need more iron in my diet. Grrrrr :drinker:

I think I did this already...maybe...my goal for 2021 is to reach 135 by my birthday in March then reach 132.2 and maintain it.
