Thanks for the birthday wishes Chris...I much prefer cheese to cake, so made a yummy baked brie with fig jam and pecans in a puff pastry. Glad it was only an 8oz wheel....my whole family enjoyed!
I am back to work this week, but was able to do a late afternoon walk of 50min when it got slow!

Thanks, Paula...he is adorable.
Paula...I'm going to go with Nov 30th as my starting # because I weighed that in the morning and worked all day and night to get to Dec 1st...

Karen, you're welcome...and I'm with you...cheese instead of cake. I don't do frosting.

Paula here is what she sent me as her go to information for now. https://draxe.com/nutrition/fructans-fructan-intolerance/ And I think being sensitive to something like dairy is a pain in the you know what.
Chris what number do we start with? The last day or the first days number? I knew I had seen that little boy before without all the funny coloring. But the cartoons have such big shiny eyes. Nice weitht!
Lets go everyone!

My last weigh-in of 2020. So I checked my first post of this year and I started at 190.6 and was excited to be headed to Australia. Wow, can’t believe that was a year ago. So basically I maintained this year and didn’t reach any of my goals. I’m going to give myself a pass and recognize it wasn’t a “normal” year for anyone. Home renovations, getting my parents moved into my home and of course the Pandemic. But no more excuses. 2021 must be different!
I will set my goals and post them tomorrow in the January 2021 post. I believe we’ve agreed to use the December 31st weight as our starting weight, but correct me if I’m wrong. 😊
Excited for a new start and sharing it with you guys!
Happy New Year my friends! ❤️

Kathy I am not totally sure what weight to use. But that sounds good to me. Since I now have a new scale I am not using anything from the old one.
Also I just realized something. This is like a journal for us. Look how you, Kathy, were able to pull up last year at this time and see what you were doing. That is wonderful. I had forgotton about your trip to Australia. But I remember how much fun you all had now. How fun to get to relive all of it.

Didn't reach goal; but very happy nonetheless... Total December loss = 172.2 - 166.2 = 6 pounds
