1/21 - 146.2 - Yesterday was pretty good. Staying right around 1200-1300.
Road trip this afternoon thru Sunday. I'm going to work to stay off sugar, however I do intend to thoroughly enjoy myself at dinner Fri/Sat. I miss eating out..... Other than those 2 meals, I will work to stay on track.
1/25 - 146.2 - Back to logging and reality. It was so so good to get out of NM for a couple of days. Went to some fabulous restaurants in OKC and thoroughly enjoyed being able to eat out again. I did manage to avoid sugar.
1/26 - 148.2 ARRGH!!! I stayed under 1200 yesterday, but did have a breakfast burrito - Momentary weakness. No nightcap. Thought this morning would be great. How does one gain 2 lbs overnight?
1/27 - 146.6 - better. Yesterday marked 20 days with no sugar, no sweets.. It might not be reflecting in my weight much yet, but I think I am feeling better these days. Really trying to focus on incorporating more fresh veggies into my diet.
1/28 - 144.2 - I might just celebrate all day (but not with food). Did quite a bit of grocery shopping yesterday, I'm going to a pretty tight keto diet for a while. My body just seems happier on it. We had jalepano poppers last night for dinner, I fully expected to be 147ish this morning. Had to weigh 2x to believe it.
1/29 - 144.4 - Beginning to think yesterday wasn't a fluke. I'm reluctantly researching quick easy keto meals that my guys will like.. So far I've nailed both my goals since I came back from the last road trip. If I can just stay here till the 31st, I'll be happy.

Not sure how the scale just popped up to a new number. I had been maintaining 104 for over a year. Then December hit and BAMMM... like what the h e l l. ?!?!?
So I'm trying to calm a sugar tooth and get back into eating right. I've been logging food on my fitbit.
not successful today, but I had an 8 day streak of logging. Back at it tomorrow.
Hope to post here regularly for the next week for accountability!

Was successful until 3pm. then my mind said Screw it. thus reflected in my weight the xtra salt and fat from incorrect food choices. The only saving grace is....if I eat a lot less today and drink a lot more fluids, I should be able to get the pound off quickly. I know its not a true fat/muscle gain.
Pre-logged foods today. set up for success.
