I am getting a bit discouraged - I seem to be plateaued between 171 - 172. I am staying on track so Im not sure why or what it will take to break this plateau. Ugh1 -

Sorry to input late. Disappointing with the performance last week. Didn’t do enough sport. The weight rose suddenly 1 lb every day. Scared me.
