    I gained a pound ugh. But last week was a big loss so I’m trying to look at the big picture! And this weekend I was a lax on logging and I know I went over both days on salt and carbs so it makes sense. Onward!

    2 pound loss. I was feeling a bit underwhelmed by this considering that the week before I went down about 7 pounds. :/ But I reminded myself, a lot of that was probably water weight, and at least I am still losing. :)
