I had a nice week. I got a lot done!3 -

I gained a pound ugh. But last week was a big loss so I’m trying to look at the big picture! And this weekend I was a lax on logging and I know I went over both days on salt and carbs so it makes sense. Onward!4 -

2 pound loss. I was feeling a bit underwhelmed by this considering that the week before I went down about 7 pounds. But I reminded myself, a lot of that was probably water weight, and at least I am still losing.4 -

I'm actually doing pretty well with eating. Staying pretty close to the calorie goal. And I feel slightly better when I look at myself, so I'm hoping this increase is just water or period bloating. Staying positive....5 -
