    @JoDavo66 Hope you had a lovely birthday.I still have some Lemon Drizzle cake left so only having a tiny piece & hoping the rest of my family finish it off !
    My fave snacks are Greek 0% yoghurt with an apple & sprinkling of cinnamon & half teasp runny honey.I am trying to cut the honey.I keep a supply of walnuts,almonds & mixed seeds in the fridge.I can't buy peanut butter anymore as I just love it & end up dipping my spoon in the jar far to often.
    @kerdio8 well done with your weight loss & walking & attempting a run.You are doing really well.
    @CharmingPassion don't be too hard on yourself.We have all been there.Sometimes the scales are hard on us after we feel that we've done everything right.Just keep going & your efforts will be rewarded.

    @izzyred9400 & @shnerb00 my birthday was good thanks, couldn't do much with the level of lockdown &,I was still munching in easter treats.- so the 1lb gain shows how good it was! 🤣🤣🤣

    I love peanut butter 🥜 too. Definitely avoid it.

    Still trying to keep consistent in my eating. I blew it big time on Saturday. So far so good for this week. We had some storms on the weekend so I had a problem getting my steps in:

  • Well other than today and I'm only 150 calories over I've been on track or under the rest. Easter candy has been on the table the whole time.

    I was in a lot of pain this week so these numbers are lower, but coming back slowly. I think I just way overdid it last week and it caught up with me and took a couple days of stretching and stuff to loosen back up the overworked muscles. But back on it today
