Going at 11:15am to get my 2nd vaccine...I'm a little nervous (don't like needles), but after the first shot, I had no symptoms except the soreness of the shot site, so I'm hopeful it will be likewise. I'm such a child when it comes to going to the doctor...never liked it...never will. Hope ya'll have a good day...think good thoughts for me, ok?

I had my 2nd shot last week and I just had the sore arm both times. I had the Pfizer vaccine.1 -

04/08- 688 - sadly that is not a typo. 😳 I had a very long drive and basically only got out of the car to go to the bathroom. Also, my watch died in the afternoon 🤷♀️ But even if it had not died I’m sure I didn’t get many more steps than that.
Not surprising, no loss this week BUT...
I’m grateful for a short visit with my parents whom I haven’t seen since October. It’s exactly what I needed right now.

I’m grateful to be back on track today!

I like when it goes down....I don't ever want to see 300 again!! I set a goal to lose 40lbs by my 40th birthday. That's on 7/4 so I'm well on my way. I was 300.4lbs when I made that vow so I've got about 27lbs to go!6 -
