@annabananamc don't stress it. Even if you had wiped out EVERYONE it's only a spreadsheet. Have that 🍷 yourself and relax. And try not to stress going out into the world. Take it slow, wear your mask, and maintain a safe distance. Go at your own pace. 🥰2 -

On vacation and I don't have a scale. We are getting home tonight so I will assess the damage tomorrow morning. We definitely enjoyed some southern treats this week (like hush puppies, mexican food, a giant bucket of rum punch and Duck Donuts!). Looking forward to getting back on track, not eating out and getting some steps in.2 -

Edited~ So I’m changing my Thursday: Under Calories score to a Yes - just under 1500; Thursday I was so close to being Under and my steps didn’t update completely. And since the same thing happened on Friday I went ahead and gave my Thursday the credit deserved 😊Friday I think I was too far over though(see below)

I did a ton of yardwork for my mom today(over 3 hours) and my garmin counted around 1,000 steps for it... I know I had way more, and I definitely got a good workout. I moved large logs, cut down smaller trees, raked a ton of leaves, push mowed and used the wheelbarrow to move all the cleanup to the back field. I did have an elevated heartrate, so I got activity minutes for a majority of it, even if the steps weren't there. I decided not to overdo it by hopping on the treadmill when I got home because I have a 4mi run to do tomorrow. Today was a good day, activity wise!3 -
