I spent the last week with my sisters on the beach of Galveston. It was so much fun! We had lots of good food and drinks but we also were very active. At least to me, I'm usually lazy on vacations. But we walked for an hour on the beach everyday, and we went kayaking, my first time!
Now I'm ready to get serious about eating better and start losing weight again!
@thedestar I went kayaking for the first time myself last year! I, too, love active holidays with lots of walks, hikes, bike rides (in theory) kayaking, canoeing, etc. Because you are on holidays, after the "active" part of the day, there is still lots of time for putting your feet up and having a drink (or two!). Glad you had a good vacation with your sisters.1 -
