@gamommy2 So glad you like it here so far. To be honest many people have been quiet this week. There's usually a lot of commenting, high fives, encouragement and banter going on. Being part of a team and having little challenges is great. Do you have a FitBit? If so, you can join our challenges there as well!

Did strength stuff instead of walking, and should have done both! I am going to weigh in tomorrow instead of today because we ate Indian food for dinner and I can't even get my rinsg off this morning (so much sodium I guess) Hopefully not a horror story on the weight. It's not been my best week, but I am back to the salad lunches because that just seems to work best.2 -

@annabananamc I should've postponed a day also, the Mexican food did me in between the sodium and carbs.I normally save those meals for Friday AFTER I weigh-in or Saturday when I have 6 days to undo the damage.
