I must say....Along with knowing this is a team effort, having the little mini challenge of adding some exercise everyday has been super motivating!

Hope everyone is having a great week!

@gamommy2 So glad you like it here so far. To be honest many people have been quiet this week. There's usually a lot of commenting, high fives, encouragement and banter going on. Being part of a team and having little challenges is great. Do you have a FitBit? If so, you can join our challenges there as well! B)

@DaffyGirl88 I'm usually pretty quiet myself so I don't mind if there is a little less communication going on😊

I use a Garmin so if anyone has one feel free to look me up on connect. Gamom (Georgia Mom ;) )

    I believe that @cmhubbard92 has a Garmin.

Did strength stuff instead of walking, and should have done both! I am going to weigh in tomorrow instead of today because we ate Indian food for dinner and I can't even get my rinsg off this morning (so much sodium I guess) Hopefully not a horror story on the weight. It's not been my best week, but I am back to the salad lunches because that just seems to work best.

@annabananamc I should've postponed a day also, the Mexican food did me in between the sodium and carbs. :o I normally save those meals for Friday AFTER I weigh-in or Saturday when I have 6 days to undo the damage.

@DaffyGirl88 If you do weigh-in on Saturday, and it is a lower number, @annabananamc can always change it for you on the spreadsheet.

For some reason, my edit access was removed on the spreadsheet, but I have asked to be added back and at that point I'll be happy to make any needed updates!

Here's a little bit of good news - I went back to the grocery store after a year away today, and I took my blood pressure. It was 109/77 - lowest it's been in quite awhile! I think the commitment to almost daily walking, plus less stress now that I'm vaccinated, has helped.

@annabananamc my sheets started acting up earlier. I don't know what happened to it and will look into it. I have two accounts linked to my Google sheets... I'm afraid to remove my old one(which of course I never use) from my sheets access in case something happens to all my files... Hopefully I can get it figured out soon! Sorry!!! This happened a few months back and I can't remember what fixed it!

Worse case scenario, I will have to make a new sheet and copy info over.

I've got access back to our accountability sheet AND the May sheet for all teams, so that's great.

However, my weight for last week is wrong and I am not sure if I should change it at this point. I actually went up last week and it shows as a carry over. If I change it we may not have won last week - that's a whole can of worms and stuff so maybe I should just leave it alone and figure it will work out with this week? @cmhubbard92 is that what you would advise?

@annabananamc and @HASWLRS thanks but I'll leave it as is. Just reading these now after my morning workout, water and coffee so I'm not going to weigh in now. 😂

Semi related note, I realized too late that my Fitbit needed charging and it didn't capture my morning workout. 🤬 There's about 3,000 steps I'll never get back! Anyone else feel like a workout is wasted if you don't get steps for it? 🤣

I'm glad you were able to get out yesterday and your BP being down is great! I'm heading out to the store later this morning. No where near comfortable enough to lose the mask yet. 😷 I think I'll wait to see how this plays out.

    Have a great day everyone!
