My user name for Fitbit is the same as here - Waifer003 - at least I think it is lol. Or else it’s Tammy H.

Fitbits not very user-friendly when it comes to adding friends!! That’s an oxymoron, isn’t it? Anyway, My username is the same there as it is here... so y’all know 😊 And also just a heads up I don’t think you can send MFP messages unless you’re MFP friends 🤦🏻‍♀️ It still feels like a Monday Over here in Florida!!

    ● Tracked: Yes.
    ● Calories: Over 18 calories.

This will have to be my one freebie pass day; over calories and no exercise. I ended up watching a movie with my grandparents after my after work nap.

    Tuesday 9th June

    Tracked - Yes
    Under cals - Yes
    Exercise - Yes

One hour bike ride. Well, looks like I will need to grow some new butt calluses for bike #2, LOL. This bike used to feel like an extension of my body, but now it felt like sitting on Mt Vesuvius  I know it’ll go away, but ouch!

Yes, NRTyreman, I have a weakness for all high fat dairy items you can think of. I have had a very hard time upping my protein and decreasing my fat macros to something approaching a human diet…still working on that. Sushi is delicious!

Oh god I so nearly went over my cals yesterday, turns out sushi is my one weakness, I had to beg my husband to finish the last bits before I did

I had actually cut out all refined carbs when I started almost 3 months ago now and I am trying to slowly reintroduce them, in moderation but there's something about inari nigiri that just speaks to me on a different level. Anyone else got a food weakness?

I definitely have a sushi weakness. And cannot eat French Fries in moderation. Even if I count out a specific number of fries, I’ll go sniffing out more.

    DAILY POST [W2-D4]
    Wednesday, June 9th.

    ● Tracked: Yes.
    ● Calories: Under.
    ● Exercise: I went on a walk with my dog. 20 minutes, 0.73 miles.
    ● Steps: 5452 / 6000 (so close!)

I forced myself on this walk. I worked both jobs and was exhausted. I really wanted to get my walk in though, and it made my dog happy. I'm glad I went. It was late, so I had to make it a short walk, but it was refreshing. Even though it was still nearly 90 degrees out. Uffda. It's too hot for me, lol.

@alpdexplorer and now I know how to “at” someone. Good on you for getting out even though you didn’t feel like it…and keeping your puppy happy! 3/4 mile in 90 degrees is nothing to sneeze at, you know.

Oh, those darn minds. I believe in you, though <3

I'm still at the same weight as my last weigh in. Which isn't bad, I didn't gain at least haha!

I found this article and loved it! Someone posted it in one of the MFP discussion rooms I follow.

Daily Schedule for the 50’s Housewife:

    Throw back the covers
Open up the blinds and windows
    Freshen up
    Make and serve breakfast
    Clean up breakfast
    Complete a 10-minute exercise regime
Shower, do hair and makeup, get dressed
Gather a basket for tidying. As the rooms of the home are tackled, pick up items that aren’t where they belong and place them in a basket. Redistribute them where they should be as you enter a new room
Straighten up the living and dining room, including picking up potential clutter, light dusting, fluffing/straightening pillows, and watering plants or flowers
    Make the beds
Tidy the bedroom, including light dusting
Hang up any clothes that may be about or ensure dirty ones are in the hamper
Do a light tidy of the bathroom including removing and replacing used towels, refilling toilet paper and soap (if needed) and cleaning the sink and basin area including soap dishes
Review the menu for the current day and the next and compare it to what’s currently available in the home. Make note of anything that needs to be prepared ahead of time or marketing (shopping) that needs to get done
Begin long-advance preparations for dinner (such as making dessert)
Wipe down kitchen work surfaces and inside the fridge
    Dispose of garbage
Rinse dish cloths and hang to dry
Sweep or mop the kitchen floor
Handle errands that might take you out of the home (such as marketing, volunteering, going to the post office, getting an item fixed, etc), bookkeeping, correspondence, or indulge in a hobby
If returning from the grocery store, wash vegetables, wrap them and put them away. Place rest of groceries or purchases in their proper place
    Have a quick lunch
Start advance food conditioning like crisping vegetables or thawing frozen foods
Handle weekly chore for the day (more on that below)
    Set the table for dinner
Arrange the living room for evening enjoyment (such as “the Mister’s” newspaper, book, and cigarettes)
Do a quick sweep of the floors and ensure entrance ways are clear
Prepare a special dish for dinner
Freshen up before the husband returns from work. Consider changing into something more festive if the day dress is plain😆
Set out a tray with equipment for making cocktails, should “the Mister” want to serve drinks before dinner
    Greet husband “gayly” (omg..🤣.)
    Serve dinner
    Clear table and wash dishes
Pour boiling water down the sink to ensure pipes are flushed
If necessary, pack the husband’s lunch for the next day.🤣🤣 Set aside a lunch tray in the refrigerator for yourself if having leftovers
    Set table for breakfast
Ensure breakfast foods are available and do any make-ahead preparations for it
    Enjoy an evening of relaxation

Also, each day there is a once-a-week chore to tackle, such as:

Use metal polish on bathroom fixtures
Clean and disinfect all kitchen appliances
Scald and disinfect bread boxes and garbage pails and bins
    Replace flowers with fresh bouquets

Plus...snacking rarely happened - portions were smaller - less sugar - all meals were homemade

Ha ha ha. I love that I seemed to be reading forever and then it said, “Have a quick lunch”. I was calculating that it must have been bedtime 😂
