    I'm weighing in because if I don't I'll put on even more pounds.

    It won't look good for the group stats, but it will make me face up to where I am.

    I didn't weigh in on Wednesday, my usual day, but I weighed in yesterday, Thursday, and I was 139.2lbs. I am determined not to go back to the 140s

    Exercised: Yes, nothing formal but I did a ton of heavy-duty housework to get ready to leave for vacation on Friday -- up and down stairs carrying laundry baskets, on the floor scrubbing floors, lifting huge bags of stuff to put in attic for storage.

    Exercise: Yes. I took the kids to the zoo for a few hours (an hour plus of actual moving time, though).

    Tomorrow we pack. Vacation travel on Friday, then gone for 10 days. I'll still check in as I can, and will still report weigh-in on Friday. I'm pretty stressed out this week.

    I had a restless night, so I got up really early. I believe I woke up because I was hungry...I have been eating at a deficit since Saturday. Anyways, I was up for a bit, had some oatmeal, then went back to bed. Well, when I woke up mid morning I, of course, felt like a sack of potatoes, so it was a do nothing kind of day. The hardest part was staying within my calories since I had no extra calories from steps.

    @gamommy2 Holding steady....nothing wrong with that when you are really busy and focusing on other things!! It's so easy to eat mindlessly in those times and put on a couple of pounds instead!

    @CycleMomOf3 Yes, it is always a lot of work beforehand to make a vacation happen, especially with children. But the vacation is almost always worth it!! (My husband and I and our two young children once rented a cottage with my sister and brother-in-law and their two young children....let's just say we never did that again!)

    Posting 07.29.21 daily update since it's more or less in the bag and I won't be readily available tomorrow (travel day):

    Tracked: Yes, like it's a darn religion.
    Under: Yes. Actually, too busy to eat, which isn't great either.
    Exercise: Lots of running here and there. Nothing formal, but a ton of movement. Suitcases, packing, putting some things away from the back yard, and planning to do some much-needed yoga this evening with these 3 hyperactively excited minions of chaos. Visiting my in-laws in Wilmington, NC. Was told I can't take my bike or my paddle board with me (by my spousal unit; reason: no room). I offered to strap HIM to the roof to make room, but that didn't go over well. :wink:

    Travelling tomorrow, but will post my weigh-in by day's end. Taking my food scale and my scale scale with me. Have a plan. Hoping to stick with it. Wish me luck. Cheers!
