    Awesome loss! You really finished the month with a bang.

    Welcome M.J! Fantastic loss!

    That’s is going to be such a wonderful milestone. Great loss! It is very inspiring the way you adjust your meals. I catch myself when preparing my dinner plate saying “what would Roger do”

    Thanks Linda....I was surprised that I lost anything the last few weeks since I didn't do much exercise wise with these headaches/migraines

    Seriously, I think my brain was misfiring yesterday. Every time I looked at my paper I was looking at the numbers backwards. Sorry for making you repost.

    No worries. Thanks for the work you do for the group!🌺🌸💮🌼

    Saturday(weighing in early)
    PW 155.4
    CW 154.8

    After my big whoosh last week I'm actually really happy with this loss. I was expecting not to lose anything as that's how it tends to go. Heading out soon to go camping for moms birthday so I won't check in tomorrow but I'll see you all Sunday!

    Steps for 7/29 14857

    Went for a 5 mile walk with Dad, finished off the edging by doing the backyard, and the rest came from cleaning up the house. Trying to leave with the house looking clean because we have company coming Sunday morning!

    Weight loss seems to be slowing down the last couple of weeks. I was hoping that wouldn't happen until I was closer to goal. Maybe it's time to up my exercise game.

    Welcome new members!

    You have been busy! Sending prayers for Gael. It is better safe than sorry. I still have lingering affects from having covid seven months later. Seems like everything is a waiting game when it comes to tests or specialist. Great news about your knee! We are going away for 4 days mid August and I am nervous of a gain. I tried Noom and didn’t care for it but lots have had really good results with the program. Hope your transfer works out. Nice looking list of steps you posted!

    @888Angie888
    Thanks!

    @Tazaria87
    Nice loss! Fantastic steps! Enjoy camping!

    @Aqualang26
    Nice loss! You are close to a pound loss which is a good rate of loss. I know for myself on good exercise weeks I tend to lose more. Do you eat your exercise calories? I know everyone varies on this. I for the most part don’t eat them but sometimes I get super hungry when I have a big burn for the day so I dip into them.

    @lindamtuck2018 Thanks, but still disappointing for me two weeks in a row. I don't eat back my exercise calories at all (they're notoriously inflated) but I also haven't been exercising much. I need to get back to lifting. It's hard to find the time as caretaker to my father and my toddler, but that's probably just an excuse.

    Good evening. Happy friday night.

    Check in for 7/30:
    Steps - 4172 plus 23 minutes biking moderate intensity.
    Calories - 1750. High for me.
    Exercise - gym. 8 machines, bike 20 minutes plus 3 minutes cooldown. 5.43 miles interval training.

    I was short steps so I took one of my girls (rat) for a walk after dark. Only drew blood once. Lol

    I don’t think that’s an excuse at all. I am retired and I scramble sometimes to fit exercise in so with your responsibilities it would be very hard. I worry about the exercise calories. I let my Fitbit to do the calculations but still don’t like eating them all. You have an amazing LTD so you are definitely doing things right.

    Great job on the workouts! How often do you workout with a trainer?

    Took a hike on Thursday with the kids which ended up being a big mistake with the mosquitos. Yesterday took them to play pickleball with friends to get out.

    I did my strength workout last night since my back was feeling better. I think the bloat is finally gone. No longer feeling gross so that is good!

    I hope everyone has a great weekend. Weather looks nice here so looking forward to some outdoor time.

    Good morning team, happy to see the weekend. A long week of work. Did not walk last night because I went to the community pool last night with my friend instead.

    Today was a milestone day, 30lbs lost on the scale. Woohoo!

    Awesome steps! I have to google pickle ball as I don’t know what it is. Enjoy your outdoor time!

    I’m so frustrated to see my weight going up instead of down. I think 2 weeks ago I was in the 150s, and now I’m back up. I’m really hoping that it’s salt/H20 retention.

    Fortunately I’m back at work, so I’m in an air conditioned building and having to move around to get my steps in. The biggest downside still remains that I’m exhausted on saturdays. This was my first week back, and all I did today was sleep.

    @Megan_smartiepants1970 steps for this week:
    7/26: 6,840
    7/27: 12,016
    7/28: 7,564
    7/29: 7,673
    7/30: 6,972
    7/31: 1,441 😴😴😴

    I’m excited that I met my step goal everyday (except today)! Now I just need to refocus my diet. Trying to be positive!!

    This is one of those bump in the roads. You did awesome on your steps so that’s a positive. If I was a teacher I think I would need every other week off to recover.
