I stopped the Ketosis part of Keto diet ... First part of Nov... which seems to me that My body is
still adjusting to carbs & in a mainenence mode... I feel good ... so I am ok with teetering a lil bit
during the holidays... New Years Day ... I plan to get back into a routine to hopefully trigger me
back into weight loss mode... I only have a few lbs to go to hit my healthy goal wt range

I’ve switched to an Apple Watch from a Fitbit. For the first week I wore both!
Fitbit does a better job counting my stairs. Still learning to adjust.
